  2. CK121 is a stock 110 rod length!
  3. Just couldn't wait huh That will buff out!!!
  4. I pop the head off all my shit when im riding it alot. Minimum 2 times a season. For visual inspection. Sled, quad, bike....only takes a lil bit of time as you know. Most times pull the cyls off also just for some checking also.
  5. For the lugs, 3 grunts or a good zap with an impact. For the tire pressure, depends on what tires, street, dirt ,sand and again what tires. I run rzr2 front and back on dirt, 4psi in the rear 5psi in the front. On sand it really depends on what tires and what your doing though. Run hauler B2B with 3psi for dunning, works good. Size of rims plays a roll also. Just play with some diff pressures and find what works best for you.

  7. Almost looks to be added into the harness. Hummm. Where does it exactly go to?
  8. 200PSI of dry nitrogen give or take. There's also a 0 by-pass valve that you need to use to get the exact psi due to the fact that the reservoir is so small. Whatever you do, just dont use regular air in the shocks.
  9. Sounds like you put the arms on the wrong side. Try changing them from one side to the other bud Should be +1 forward per side and +2 out per side.
  10. Pods and water sucks. Just mod/cut your air box like i did mine, so its basically a splash shield. Then you can run the proflo plate and single clamp on. Then life will still go on
  11. Put the head pipes on, then leave the stingers unbolted and slide them on. Then shim the mounts up front and at the back where need be and bolt them to the hangers.
  12. Na if its jetted right and everything is proper you will never have a blue pipe. Mine are 6 years old and the triple show chrome is still like new and no hint of blue what so ever.
  13. Gaskets, seals. Do a leak down then you will know.
  14. Don't want too, it's good reading for others. Everyone has there own opinions on things and not everyone will agree. Same with everything in life though right.
  15. Your best is to head over to your local hardware store and snag a set. Proly cost you a bux!
  16. Well iv'e heard of pigs that can fly, but ive never seen any in my day
  17. TRX450R. Outdated, no efi no aluminum frame and so on. Yeah you can throw money at them but there way better choices for sure now. If you really want a nice 450, get a YFZR or a new LTR or KTM. Honda really needs the step up there game and totally redo there "R" from the bottom up, alum frame, EFI and ect ect, to contend with the other big dogs.
  18. Do you think you over oiled it the first time around? Did you oil it again and try or was it just dry. I say check what your main jet is and try a new plug just for shits and grins.
  19. Just happen outa the blue one fine day? What carb are you running? Also your main, pilot, needle, air screw set at and whats your clip position. (If you don't know, pull your bowl and carb cap off and have a look). Whats your Elevation and outside temps? You running i pod filter i suspect? You have a for sure strong spark?
  20. Yeah, leak down should have been a MUST. I always just use some bearing grease and put in in my fingers and then grab all the o-rings as i go and coat them really well. They stay in place like nobody's business while putting the head on.
  21. I got mine from Jeff. Comes with the tool and lube that will last almost forever http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=323
  22. You can grab some brand new ones cheap and shipped fast from a Site Sponsor here. http://www.bansheehq.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=20&Itemid=35
  23. Was a ring stuck at all did you notice?
  24. ASV shorty brake and clutch levers, F.A.S.T clutch, WELL lubed cable, not pulling in the clutch like a pussy girl = priceless
