  1. http://www.farmandsandtoys.com/partdetail.asp?partid=34 Last one you will need for a long ass time. (FZR1000 fibers) I love mine, put it threw some nasty abuse daily. I run it with a magnum billet basket and a slingshot!
  2. Sounds like your eccentric screw sheared off. Happen to me a long while back. Simple cheap fix. It rides between your shift shaft torsion spring on the clutch side. Pull your cover and have a look. Also could be one of your forks bent also. But pull the cover off and check the E-screw and spring on the shift shaft first.
  3. The hook on the spring hooks around the spring post just to the left of the kicker shaft. You will see it. Also before you do that make sure to seat the kick start arm in the case boss. Basically put the shaft in straight with the lil "arm" on the back side sticking towards the back of the case in the lil groove. Understand?
  4. Right on Jeff. Welcome Nick.
  5. Yeah, hes a cop. Jon is a cool ass dude too.
  6. Sounds like your kicker spring on the shaft under your cover has popped off the nub probably . http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c164/savage_420/FUCK.jpg The spring left of my hand. Have a look.
  7. I say if you stay bolt on drag bike, (should get drag ported though) go with the Rockets or CPI's not BB's, 35 PWK's, advanced timing plate +4 or +5 and such. Snag a cool head and depending on what compression you want will tell you what fuel you will need to run. Pair of Pod filters Pair of VF3 reeds. ect ect You going to be on street, sand or dirt?
  8. Ditch the 2-1 carb idea, get some 28's or 30's, timing, more comp, Porting and so on.
  9. I have been using these products for about thirteen years now. The difference between the two oils is that the Dominator was developed for racing applications, where the Interceptor was developed for recreational use primarily. Viscosity, flash, and pour points are almost the same. Both are excellent products. I started using dominator but now the interceptor is what I have used over the years in my sleds, dirt bikes, quads, chainsaws, weed eaters, hedgers, blowers, and even as an occasional fuel additive for my pickup and i beat the god damn living shit outa all of them too. Can't go wrong when one premix covers everything 2 cycle I own. (50:1) I honestly cant tell any diff what so ever when i tear motors down using ether or. Can get the stuff real cheap and never had one problem. Amsoil also makes great products for ALL your other lubrication needs.
  10. Boss, White knuckle ect ect are Two piece FYI.
  11. Yup, as said, BFH and punch. 2 min job.
  12. Just head over to your local sled/quad shop and they will have what you need.
  13. I run a shorty ASV also with 6 F.A.S.T HD springs and its not to bad. Just i lube my cable after every few rides and its been fine. How old is your cable? And do you keep it Well lubed?
  14. Follow it to the "T" step by step http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/plugchop.html
  15. Fill it up until its full. Put the cap on. Start it, let it idle for a minute. Then top it up.
  16. Its not a bolt, it's a 32mm nut. Its standard. Keep all the plates in (fibers and steels) keep in neutral then stick a old shop rag or a penny between the gears on the back side. Then give it a zap off with an impact after you bend the lock tab down from the nut. Give it a good quick zap with an impact or 2 grunts with a ratchet when you tighten it back up also. If you end up letting a fart out within the 2 grunt maximum, you probably went to tight Then bend the lock tab up on the nut. If you want to use a TQ wrench to tighten it, its 66 ftlbs.
  17. Sandman, PM sent.
