  1. Get them Kashima coated before they send them.
  2. You just need the standard banshee length ones, dummy. I use the 18" Evols on mine. Fuckin rad shocks. Been through mud, sticks, woods and all is good. Mega adj too.

  8. My dad can beat up your dad
  9. Your fuct now man, stop riding it ASAP. You need to rebuild the whole motor now, the water will have messed up all the bearings and they will be all rusty and fling apart in no time at all. Kidding. Throw some zip lock bags over them before you spray the bike down with water......
  10. Factory spec for the 26mm Mikuni carbs is 21mm without the gasket. Check the needle valve/seat while the bowls are off for wear as well. But first before you pull the bowls off. Whack the sides of the bowls with the handle of a screw driver first, and if they are sticky, that will free them up. Sometimes they just bind up with gunk outa the blue. Lightly bend the "tang" to adjust height.
  11. Do it up right johnny.
  12. Follow! http://www.dfn.com/agservices/plugchop.html Follow it 100% step by step or don't bother. Couple pics from days gone by..... One on the right is what you want. I haven't done a chop for years, when you can do it by seat of the pants, feel and knowledge, its better and faster and you don't waist plugs and time. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
  13. 65mm like it says and shows ya jabroni

  15. Nasty is 100% right. I would NEVER run anything but my 4/1 wheels out front EVER! Flipping wheels around and spacers are just plain stupid out front for a number of reasons but we wont get into that here. It seems some people get the "wider is always better" mentality no matter how they get that width and it's just plain stupid. "Do you want to be stupid and everyone point and laugh at you? No you dont!" Doing it properly the first time makes a WORLD of difference in handling and bump steer and so on. Ive messed with a bunch of setups on quads and sleds and wish i would have done it right from the get go. Drag and Hill bikes are an exception though as you obviously are not turning much at all........ It's funny the kids that have 5 foot wide bikes with the ball joints 2 feet from the wheels. Then they wonder why there shit handle like poo poo and are worn out in ten. Oh well live and learn. All was fun right?..... My trail ripping mountain goat. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c164/savage_420/IMAG0059.jpg But to answer the OP's question, yes burgard makes a +4+1 arm. Don't do it though. http://www.burgardcycle.com/xc2/product.php?productid=6&cat=22&page=1
  16. Yes It has to be the exact same length or you won't get an accurate reading on the gauge. So the 140 would be your accuracy reading.
