  1. Is the stop bent forward a little bit? Tie Rods and end on the right way and all adjusted right (Toe in)? Take a side pic of your steering stop. Didn't do it at all before?
  2. Well if you didn't get sore from that, my neck sure did kinked over sideways haha
  3. ALL Clear now?
  4. Those are long SOB's. Not sure what to tell you now.....
  5. You sure those rez aren't a bit longer then 6"?
  6. Jump off a bridge?
  7. Yeah, give it a go. When filling, air up the EVOL First, there is a small floating piston inside and if you don't, this piston will be in the wrong position. If you are unsure, simply let the air out of main chamber, fill up EVOL and depressurize the main chamber again, this will insure the floating piston is in the correct position, you can even feel it move to the bottom position when you do it if you know what to feel for. NOW set EVOL pressure, then MAIN. Just sayin...
  8. Here is some pics i took just now. Measured a bunch and they look a bit shorter but they're 6" or a cunt hair shorter. I have the same size nylock nuts. Still bit of thread sticking out too. Couple from back I took out ALL the air in the main chambers and evol chambers here, fully bottomed out. It would never compress this much while riding, i dont care how big the jump is. (With air obviously) Here is completely extended with 152 psi in the evol chambers and 48 in the main chambers. Love this setup.
  9. Damn why so tight man, your bearings are binding like that i bet. It just needs to be tight enough so that the sprocket and brake hub have no side to side play. Then do like i say with the bolt. You Will win. I honestly dont know wht they even made it so you can put a wrench on it, it should just be round like the rest.
  10. Nut goes on sprocket side. You tighten the nut with your hand so the sprocket hub has no side to side play and the axle turns without binding. Then take the bolt out and load it up with a few good drops of blue lock tight and then tighten the shit outa the bolt so it pinch/locks it into place. Mine has NEVER come loose after hard trail riding doing it that proper way. Do it step by step and it will work fine, or you're doing it all wrong! Now go kick it's ass seabass. Honda is on the caliper side.....
  11. No, i have alba's arms, but they are +2+1 as well. The lower shock mount location is at a similar place too it looks like. Hard to tell without measuring everything though. Angle of the ball joints look identical as well. Click my sig link.
  12. Well i tried 5ft at first, and didn't notice much gain, so i down sized
  13. Measure your res length. My Evols are 18" and have tons of room. Even if i let out ALL the air in both chambers they still won't hit at full sag.
  14. Thanx for shopping at www.sofastislappedyomommaracing.com We appreciate your business.
  15. I doesn't matter, i mean don't go and bottom them out having them so damn tight is all. Snug the ratchets up and check every stop, good to go.
  16. ASV Copies.
  17. This is what i did Chance, with the PD intakes. Cut a automotive fuel line to length (I cant remeber I.D size off hand). Hucked a Gates Unicoil on ($5) so it didn't kink and BAM clamped it on. Or plug them with hose and a bolt per side and clamps. It was going to be a quick fix when i did it, but it has held up fine for a few years so i left it be. Too the dummies above, the PD intakes take a different style bottle, the stock x-over wont work. I can check on the size if you need it...
  18. Looks fine to me... Open pic in a new tab for a bit bigger. Source. http://www.dfn.com/agservices/elecfaq.html
  19. Sure. Will suck alot of dirt in as well....
