Hey guys, after I fitted my dmc's I'm having trouble with my one cylinder, at idling I have no problem, on 1/4 throttle you can hear a little missing on the one side, and as soon as I hit powerband the ons side dies down completely. Changed the plugs, checked for spark on both plugs, checked the reeds, stripped and cleaned the carbs, cleaned the tank, mixed some new fuel at 32:1 ratio. Can anyone please point me in a direction, it was running awesome before I fitted the pipes, and yes my jetting is spot on. Don't know if I missed something when putting the motor back in the frame. Any help will be hugely appreciated!

I tried looking for led's on fleabay, but nothing came up, and isn't the gu10 bulb a 220volt?

Been thinking about doing the dc conversion on my shee, but what will happen with the stator if I did the conversion and ran 2x55 watt bulbs? It will be for max half an hour. Will it toast my stator or will the battery take most of the hammering?

That sign would look awesome in a green pc. Haven't thought about the helmet until now, but it sounds like a awesome idea. First have to get a new throttle cable, mine snapped second time out. Bummer.

Yip, ill bet you its the cable, pulled mine of today, sometimes it stuck at full throttle, sometimes at idle, it only takes n dry cable guide or broken strand on the cable to make it stick.

Just buy a banshee, not cool building something that looks like a shee but has a 4 stroke sound....

Well this is the transformation, my shee went through, not finished yet, but the biggest headaches are over, let me know what you think! the plastics still need to be fitted, will take pics in daylight over the weekend. The last photo is what it used to look like. Enjoy.

The float isn't stuck, that I checked when I jetted, but I didn't check the float height, at what height should it be?

Hey guys, started the shee after a strip and paint, everything is running great and my new dmc's are running havoc, only problem is that my one carb is leaking on the overflow, even after closing the tank tap it still keeps dripping out, any pointers? Thanks in advance!
