  3. i dont see a timing heat mark on the ground strap.. usually it will be at the bend when the timing is perfect. yea ur plugs are not dark enough

  11. ^^ or u can just crack it and pump till its bleed, hold lever and close-make sure the cylinder is level and make a loop in the bleed line above the caliper
  12. u havnt brought it up but, Check ur plugs that will tell if its a jetting issue or a electrical u can read timing on plugs too!

  14. yea its probly just estimate like i said so it could just cost a 1/3 of that, but if he goes over the paperwork with the tech especially the measurments which are extremly important thats where most of there money is gonna be made. just make sure u see all measurments if the cyl. if its out of round or has a taper, unless u have these tools the bansh top end is pretty easy
  15. actually 600 is a good estimate, thats all it is im sure.. its not gonna be that much but hes probly considering all the bore measurement and bore hone if it needs to be/head warpage measurments plus work, all gaskets and top end parts plus shit that could be fubard in ur motor.. And shop rate with shop supplies sooo.. but with the right tools and service manual u could do it

  19. not really carb boring but Velocity Stacks on big hp applications yea it is a big hp gain and sumtimes a must, like stated mostly 4 stroke

  25. yea true on the desert, i want to see Reed bust sum wins that would be cool. I was looking at the new yz450f :cool: all white streamline looking... sweeeeeet all the new Raptors are going fuel injection, alot of parts stuffed into those frames now CV carb and all sorts..
