  1. Bet windy is on track
  2. Yeah, they are up there. Saw a guy load sleds at a trade show in an F250 that was jacked up. He did it all day, but still looked a bit scared every time.
  3. Paper clips and protractor thing, Aprillia tuning FTW!
  4. Believe it or not those trinity pipes are nice. Nicer then T5's for sure. That was one of the products developed when the folks at trinity actually gave a shit.
  5. Hmmm. Had a to deal with the around with them on parts for a lockup cover. Wonder if that is why I run a different lock up now.....
  6. Picking up a 16 foot V nose trailer from a landscaper this season and also have been looking in to one of those bed haulers like the sled guys use. I can't always have a trailer and need a way to haul gear and a utility vehicle or large machinery like a bed mount concrete mixer, or shop equipment. These things are pretty much a tonneau and flat bed. Short of getting rid of my new truck for a box truck it seems like a pretty slick idea. Especially for loading the 4x4 on and off the truck for plow season. I'm not hauling a trailer and unhooking it every commercial job site to plow. http://www.diamondbackcovers.com/atv-carrier/?gclid=CIaEoOeurrsCFQPNOgodEkwAiA Any one?
  7. Ha, fair enough...
  8. JEEZUS green! Those are huge!
  9. Yeah I bet your bike is pretty heavy with all that awesome plumbing.
  10. You would not really wanna duplicate the stock angles for a couple reasons. First being that right off the bat, stock porting is obsolete and can be improved upon in any and every way not just heights and durations. The second reason being that if you in theory design the angles so that things flow a certain way toward the combustion chamber. Now if those ports are aimed a certain direction and you change those port heights and keep the angle the same it will be aimed toward the combustion chamber in a different way as it has not moved in relation to the ports. I couldn't tell you if your plan puts the angles of the ports in a better location or not though. But I doubt it will be all it's cracked up to be in your head.
  11. What that guy said^ thread closed.
  12. Lots of great epoxy out there and quite a few qualified builders who can get you set up at a top notch level. Tim at Titan did a DM set up that I saw and it was flawless. Sealed up on the leak down and the domes squished within .001 thou.
  13. Thanks for the heads up man.
  14. No shit! Last time I spoke with that guy they were on the fritz. (3/4 years ago)He said if I ordered them I had to wait for the next production run and he couldn't tell me when that would be. Gotta credit his honesty though. Looks like they have got way in to the Harley market and it's helping to expand PSI. Good stuff.
  15. ^then that would be trail techs fault!
  16. Right on..... This answers my question in the TRI Z thread. Looking bitchin man. Let us know how they turn out.
  17. You are further then most people even dream of when it comes to hand built pipes. What software did you get the dimensions and what not from? Looks like a good start Btw.
  18. Little sealing trick for multi cyl motors. Drop the base cyls on and just finger tighten the nuts. Set the head on and step torque it to the cylinders. Then torque the base nuts. That sequence tends to keep the head from wiggling as much. For all the little stuff, just make an itemized list off the FAST web site and call Jeff or Cody and it will get to you ASAP. Also they are doing some holiday stuff soon so good timing.
  19. New Vito is actually nice. I'm waiting another couple seasons to see if it continues to hold true though.
  20. Bump for an EPIC history lesson.......
  21. ^WHAT? Engrish prease....
  22. HotRods! Never again on the Weisco. Even welded they can twist.
