    Did that with a drill press with the ol' plunge and drag method. I believe your Aprilla tuners were highly impressed with the outcome.

    ^ NO! You made no Aprillia reference. RU, that's a vague question where you are almost sure to not get the answer you are waiting to blurt out. Good way to make your self look smart is to ask a question with 10 answers other then your own so that anything said is wrong.

    Good luck keeping that thing sealed up! Get a copper head gasket from TDR and use spray copper on both sides. Then leave the base nuts loose and torque the cylinders to the head first. Then tighten the base nuts like you would a mono jug

    Fast, redline, wildcard, almost any of the hq sponsors. It should also be noted that a set of max load bearings on each end would make it pretty much bullet proof granted the rod bearings are cool

    Magnum(performance engineering). The Mattoon has been getting good reviews as well.

    Any performance synthetic ATF is ok. You will find one you like for every 15 you don't like though. So once you get one that works keep using it as different oils add another variable in clutch tuning.

    You need to sync the carbs while running. There is a YouTube video of some hillbilly doing and it's pretty insightful
