  3. Awe man, my 12k motor needs 1k in carbs! Jk Shit, I saw one of these on a puma cylinder and it was fucking scooting also seen a couple on a Twister Sniper cylinder banshee in Vegas that was just psychotic fast.
  4. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  5. ^ those are sweet. Bought that one in blue. Need to do new gear and pop the clutch on new premo membership.
  6. Hmm, definitely gotta be an issue. Atv galaxy usually has a stellar deal.
  7. Trout farm..... I'd go fish that fucker every night till the freezer was stacked full of fillets.
  8. I really like the new dude^
  9. All bike manufacturer logos lined up for a race while the yamaha is already out hole shottin'
  10. You saw the Trick1 turbo, and the twin CR500.
  11. Idea supported.
  12. Ever notice how all the college grads with cushy ENGINEER jobs brag about how smart they are. Then when you show up and go to put their super intelligent idea to production it's a total shit show?...........
  13. Ahh, yeah. Just about any year from 90^ will do. Make sure it's got good splines, threads, and is 6 lug.
  14. ^ so you have sent 47,328 trailers out here that all pull sideways?
  15. Go as big as you can afford. However, a ported 4 mm serval will probably be a better motor then an Unported 7 mm. So make sure you can also afford to do all the little nuance items to the bigger motor or it won't perform the way it should.
  16. Pull the clutch cover first since you've had known trouble there. Then check what's in side the motor.
  17. I believe the stock carrier from just about any year will do. Why would you need the whole carrier? Is the current one so beat that it's not rebuildable?
  18. I would also do lots of reading on the two stickied threads here in the jetting forum. One is what is jetting, the other is people listing their set up and jetting. It helps you grasp what your set up should ball park at. Remember, your motor gets it's lube from the fuel. If it goes lean, it goes bang. Educate your self now before you have to rebuild it to.
  19. I've seen this done and I can't understand why people wanna mix them up. Aren't they different threads? Your 170 keihin is like a 300ish mikuni hex jet. And with any pipes or other engine mods I would bump the pilot up at least one size over stock which would be 27.5. Remember the stock rebuilds are for stock bikes. They have the parts you need, but the jets will vary machine to machine.
  20. 22. Maybe 21 but it would be borderline. 22 and some timing should suffice.
  21. We talking about asphalt racing, like at a strip? Or just that's how big the ol dirt stretch is where you and your buddies throw down? All depends. Is your bike a trail bike you just want maximum oomph out of, or a drag bike. Is the current set up not accelerating hard enough, is it ou of top end? What is the current set up doing and what do you want different?
  22. Why not keep them and try setting up a drag bike on the side over time? That way, you continue on with R&D and don't have to suffer on the down time since it would be a beater project? Plus some one else won't have to get stuck with junk that they will post here about?
