Ewww, no bueno did he have the rest?
-
No, it's in the drag section at the top

I will for sure. It's taking time though. Every time I get caught up and stack a few grand to get started, shit happens. It's always the new house or my health. Been a fucked couple years.

Stupid bitch, it's already dead, why keep hitting it with the bat. Especially in the stomach. That'll spoil the meat. So not only is she taking extra time, she is ruining the meat when she should of already just fucking had my sammich made!

Ok, I get that is where the allure of a complete bolt on kit comes from. But the whole just GO thing...... Uh uh. that's why I'm saying that a lot of guys think this is a solution to just bolt it on and go as they have no tuning experience. Then they get the fucker on and they still have to learn how to tune and it's even more finicky in the mid. For you it worked well, as you were putting it on a simple bike and you knew how to set shit up. For Joe Schmoe wanting to not learn jetting and slap it on a 4 mil that's only gonna get more bolt ons........ I'm still not convinced it's the right place for it.

Fine I'll be positive! OP, yes big 39 should make it work....... Think about using the common needles guys do for alky (eek) and maybe try 170ish main.
-
You have finger style BTW

Pull the old cover, and remove the screws from the pressure plate. Align he 6 holes for your new lock up over the 6 holes on the pressure plate drop in the supplied longer bolts. Search around for photos of what guys are using for weight. Look for set ups similar to yours and see if you can mimic what ever weights you see. Throw the cover on, fill it with fluids and ride the hell out of it. Refer to the lock up thread to make it do what you want.

I'm just trying to say, there are better options for less money. But that requires work to make it work, so I guess that makes it junk to some folks as well. As far as the 12 port thing, yeah...... JUNK. It's fixed now.

I remember guns4children having that problem. Bitched for weeks telling everyone his bike wouldn't run right. Low and behold, he went to put his duck tape air box on and whammy!

Best ideas for monitoring temp
trickedcarbine replied to Jgspahn's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
^ seems to be based on many of the collective responses including yours, haha. -
I've set quite a few, all different set ups from different folks. I've made them all work but my point is, guys who know NOTHING about tuning think it's supposed to make life all cushy and simple. But if you're clueless, the 2/1 is pretty complicated to get right through the midrange. Hence why guys I meet bet me to sort theirs out and in season or two they have duals anyway. The trinity and chariot are JUNK compared to the exciter and Graydon btw.

Best tire for sand that's not a paddle?

Look at 'em. Buncha friggin hoodlums. World will be a better place after they all have head trauma and are reduced to a wheel chair and being fed through a tube. -
Gotta be honest, all these years later. I am starting to see viable cheetah builds pop up. I've rode a wild card 421 that was fucking flawless! I wasn't much a believer till I rode one though. I'd still murder third world children for a good running PV set up of any brand for a banshee.

Junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk junk. The Chariot piece is nicer then the trinity, but it's only made so that someone can make a dollar on a gimmick market. There are better set ups if you MUST go 2/1. IF, you are so dead set on 2/1 tell us why......... I bet it is something like " I don't like always having to fiddle with two carbs", or "I want the low end" If that's the case remember this. The 2/1 on a banshee is nearly impossible to get the midrange to pull clean on and you will experiment for ever, so all that TIME you think you'll save, forget about it. You will be in and out of this thing relentlessly. And to boot, it'll never run out any RPM any stronger then two stockers. And if you think it'll get you low end, meh, it's debatable. Most set ups like the chariot and trinity only feel snappy because they choke the rest of the powerband down so bad you can't feel the rest of the bike come alive. So it's more illusion. You can look at any of the reviews that are positive, I garuntee that it'll be some newb that knows no better and never had a proper running bike in the first place to go off of. But bet their review will be like "uh, my bike RIPS! Super low end, really crisp every where, lots more room to tune when in fiddle fuck the needle three times a day when I ride"

Slingshot or finger? Do you already have the parts?
-
I've seen powder. GOOD annodize shops may be able to do them. But polishing is tried and true. Guys like Jeff at MR Bling have great polishing prices.
-
Hmmm, well if he takes it down is anybody really being scammed?
-
Your sig says "sold"? So it was stolen from whomever bought it? Have them get lots of detailed pics up ASAP. I've been hunting for those same nerf bars for a long while. An links that pop up, I'll post here. Were they aluminum peg or removable stainless?
-
Good chance it'll pop up in one form or another. You are gonna have to be the detective though. Watch Ebay, craigslist, the for sale section here. Put very intricate descriptions of what made your parts yours. A scratch here, painted this color, sticker on this or that..... The police won't actively go searching for your one unit. If there is a whole rash and if they think they have a theft ring or something they might step it up. But, it could turn up. It has happened before. Just remember if you shoot someone in their face over this......... If he looks like a kid you're fucked, if it's Greg Whitaker, you'll be a hero!
