  1. What's up everybody been a while since I posted on here. I finally got a garage with enough space to tear the shee apart. I wanna pull the carbs and get the jetting right. I know it's gotta be wrong cause the adjustment screws are completely bottomed out. The bike is bored I was told to the max on stock cylinders. The head is shaved not sure how much. It has toomey t5'S and a k&n with a pro flow intake. Where is a good ball park figure to start my jetting out based on these mods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Maybe KAN is Kansas hopefully he's getting them made in the U.S. Not some china junk.
  3. I don't think jerry has tried to contact my boss yet. I haven't got any p.m.s from him and my boss hasn't said anything to me about it. I'll talk to my boss about it tomorrow. If it was up to me he would have some already. It doesn't sound like a complicated part to make.
  4. Just did the oil change thanks guys good thing I asked about the oil level. I don't think it even had a full quart of oil in it. The reading on the dipstick would have thrown me way off.
  5. I'm just about to change the oil in my banshees transmition. I've never done it before and my clymers manual won't be here till after the first of the year. I thought I read on here somewhere when you check the level with the dipstick you don't screw it in all the way. So I was just wondering how far if at all do I screw in the dipstick to get an accurate reading. I do have the cascade dipstick not sure if that makes a difference.
  6. I don't think so he I'm sure he would have said something to me if he had called. More like a oil shop those old brown and sharpes make everything a mess. When I gotta work on em it only takes about 10 minutes till I'm covered in black oil. I favor the wickmans and c.n.c.s there a lot cleaner.
  7. Brown and sharpe automatic screw machines and 6 spindle wickmans
  8. I'll send some pics tomorrow no problem. I'm as legit as they come.
  9. We are a production shop if you wanted a hundred sets we could do it. I could do it on my own time but that would be between 11pm and 6 am and it wouldn't be cheap I don't wanna be there at that time. Our c.n.c.'s are always running I would have to tear down running jobs try and do what you want in 7 hours and set the previous job back up before the morning.
  10. Yeah lots of stuff. Mostly parts for my mustang. Nothing for the banshee yet though. I'm sure I will when I get further into rebuilding it. Since I got the banshee I've been pretty damn busy don't have enough time or space to work on it.
