Bump, someone was kind enough to make sure the head studs are already out. That is saving someone money already if they want to have them reworked a little. Most machinists just twist them off and charge you to repair them.

Why has nobody mentioned the MR Gasket rad cap with the temp gauge? Or you can even put a bung on an OE cap with a threaded in temp gauge.

I have the snomo and Atv trails for the UP, speedo(within 2-3mph), lap timer, music, all my tuning info, gas station locator. There's no limit to what cN be done with phones now. I think auto meter or MSD is supposed to be getting in to the wireless gauges that can interface through Bluetooth.

The problem is if the motor is trying to rev to almost 10k and it should do so on the main, but the needle is not even all the way out of the main so that it's never flowing what it should at high rpm.

Another option, buy a VLS frame. They can configure it to what ever body/seat combo you want. Believe it or not, these are the same chassis Hell, they could leave you the banshee hood and let you run slimmer 450 seat and fenders. Maybe you could even tab a 450 frame for banshee plastics. The sides of the cylinders look to have a little weld on them from the pix. It is a mod you used to see pretty commonly before all the aftermarket cylinders came out. Guys would build up the aluminum by tig welding over the area the ports flow through the cylinder. Thus, allowing more material to be removed inside the transfer ports. For all we could know, that motor could run great, but no one knows, and what you've been told so far has been total garbage.
