If anyone wants to paint there gas tank, just make sure that you NEVER spill gas on the paint :baseball_bat:

Here is my background right now, until i learn more tutorials and make another one

If you can get some pics up, with who evers camera, that would help. But if its that bent, maybe price out a new frame

I have gone through mud before and after i cut my fenders. I have cut my front and rears, and to me there wasnt that much difference to make me change my mind, etc. As said above, if you are going through mud....you will get muddy, the rear tires will throw it up and over the rear plastics even if they are all there. And on windy days, it makes a hell of a difference, well i noticed after i cut mine. And yes it looks a hell of a lot better

I see you are using Window Blinds And you are using Ventrilo, what are you using that for? I used to use it for when i played Americas Army with the clan i was on  And im in the middle of making another background with my Banshee all put together, once im done ill post it

I think you have to remove the front fender brace. Before my fenders where cut i always took the braces off cause it was a hell of a lot easier.

Yea i already new that :thumb: Yea ill probably give it a try next time im there. I have 22" Dirt Devils on Steel Rims, so i'll just have to play around. I'm not to sure how tall those hills are either, and the degrees change on all of them. Ill get some measurements next time too
-
Yea i am usually able to get a run at them. I have only tried 2nd gear so far so maybe ill try third the next time i'm there. The first 10-15 feet of the hills are really rough, almost like whoops from everyone accelerating. So maybe ill smooth them out and try 3rd....Do you think ill be able to pull all the way up the hills with pretty much almost stock? I'm just curious cause i dont want to bog and roll down the hill  Thanks Dinner

Was your Box Lid already off? If it was, there shouldnt be too much difference. But you should probably do a plug chop either way and make sure you are jetted correctly

Just wondering how many of you are hillclimbing out there?? And i am wondering whether you like to hit the hills in 3 WOT or 2 WOT? I was out the other day climbing the hills in the pics below and was in 2 WOT. I can get up them easy, just wondering what you guys prefer, your opinions, etc. Thanks, Dinner

Im not sure the milage...but i was out the other day for around 3 and a half - 4 hours. I was hillclimbing and trailing for a good 3 hours. Made stops, etc every so often...and i still had half or a little more left, which i thought was pretty damn good

I knew it!

Just noticed you have this in both areas..lol Take teh clutch cover off and have a look, you could have broken some teeth on a few things and they are jumping around, could be anything, rip into it when you have time and take a look as dajogejr said

He probably counted half a turn as one turn ::

The difficult starting could be due to your engine sucking in air where that bolt should be on your reed. The fuel leaking is likely caused by your floats being out of adjustment(mine used to do the same). The other guys will probably chip in and help you about the noise. And you are sure that it wasnt the kick starter rattling?, just a thought
-
My boost bottle put too much stress on my intake boots causing to get a cut in the right hand side. i went to go ride one day and notice it was sucking in air, but it wasnt a few days ago. So i found it was the boot, so i got all new boots and just the stock crossover tube.

First make sure that one of the arrows on the outside of the pressure plate is lined up with the arrow on the inside(just behind the pressure plate when it is off). And make sure that your springs are to spec.....And for the adjustor in the middle, have someone if you can push the clutch lever(where the end of the cable goes into on the engine), push that in until it just starts to get hard to push. And when you are adjusting that bold in the middle of the clutch, losen it off and then go in slowly, once you feel it touch the little bearing behind that bolt, then stop and tighten up the nut while still holding the bold in that place. And before you put everything back together, put it in gear and see if the clutch holds when in gear, and see if it "lets go" of the gears when you pull in the lever. And if that works, put her all back together and then do little fine tuning with the clutch cable adjustor on the handle bars, and with the nuts on the engine. My clutch was acting up today when i put the quad all back together because i put new plates in as well(stock) When i started it up and when to go ride, i would let out the clutch but it would only engage enough to nudge the quad then it would start slipping. So i lined up the arrows(forgot to the first time) and did that adjustor trick(friend tought me that) and she rips now. Hopefully this helps ya  Dinner

When i take out the engine, i pull off the carbs, take out spark plugs, all the hoses and then take out all holding bolts. I take it out from the Stator side, not sure if this is easier than the other, but thats how i do it. And for the pipes and silencers, (if you are taking off the left side, turn the wheels to the right, it gives you more room to remove that side pipe, and for the right side pipe, turn the wheels to the left)...Take off the springs, loosen the screws that hold the silencer and pipe together, and then losen the bolt under the front plastics on the pipes. Then slide the pipe out of the connector at the silencer and at the same time pulling down and taking the pipe of the cylinder. For the silencers, unscrew the bolts that are holding them up, then slide the silencer(and piping with it) back towards the back of the quad. So you will pull them out between the airbox(if still there) and frame. Hope this helps  Dinner

Has anyone caught footage or seen the pics from this years Bull Run. A friend of my brothers was on the 401 yesterday and some Lambo's and Ferrari's went flying by him. I checked the website and they have some pics of when the group was sitting around in Windsor Ontario. I wish i could of been on the 401 with my camera at the time to catch some of these cars. Anyone go to watch or have seen it before?

I'v always seen some of those around. Those are good

Free Bump Man, you are selling it? It looks so nice and sexy :baseball_wibble: Brings a tear to my eye. If i had 8 grand i would buy it, or for a little cheaper. Good luck with the sale  just curious, where abouts in Ontario are you
