my cool head did that on my cub cylinders, you can either get a set of copper washers to put under the nuts, or put alittle rtv on the threads of the studs before you torque the head down and you should be fine. Also make sure you are toqueing the head down in order or it will not seal correctly!

send the cylinders out, get them ported for the 4 mill crank and the type of riding you do, and get a set of domes cut for the stroker. Leave the plates out! they are just another place for an air leak to happen.

I have a couple of things I would like to get rid of, they are taking up space and have to go! Please make offers!! I have two front bumpers I have one rear after market bumper I have a good used set of blaster shocks for lowering the front of your shee alittle bit. I also have a set of after market nerf bars. Last thing is a set of banshee cases in good shape, no chain breaks. only thing was the kid I got them from lost a rod and cracked the upper case half so I had a certified welder at work weld them up and smooth them out. should be good to go now. I will get pics of the nerfs tomorrow. I will leave these up here a couple of days then they are going to ebay. BEST OFFERS PLEASE!!!

toomey makes a needle for the stock carbs, it has a different taper on it and more clip spots. mid range is effected by the needle. I would pick a set of these needles up and try them. Also do a plug chop to see how your bike is running, you may need to go alittle bigger on the main. http://www.toomey.com/html/intake_system_parts1.htm if you scroll down you can buy just the needles right from toomey

I know what you are sayin, I made mine a roller yesterday and I was moving it around the shop and I could not believe how light it is! justin is working on a jig for a arms so when he gets that done I am gonna pick a set up. Also have to get my drag axle one of these days. one thing at a time.

dave, yeah those would be the ones! they are works shocks but they where off of a 300 ex. glad I could help. this pic is with the front ex shocks and a r6 street bike shock on the rear. Running a 10 over link style swing arm.

the cover is the expensive part! check out ebay, there is a guy that is selling the ring and the outer cover so you can mod your own. I think is all so comes with the lock up.

blaster shocks are only about 1/2 shorter. I am running 300 ex shocks on my drag bike. work great!
