  1. Yeah its possible, thats the only way I have ever done it is will the cyl on actually.. I have always had the tank out, spark plugs out and with a guy on each side we man handel her in there.. It can be a pain but with two guys its not bad.. RIPPEN
  2. Your in luck my friend... Jeff at F.A.S.T. Racing is having a christmas sale right now and it looks like most the parts your after are part of his sale.. I would guess for carbs you may be after some 35 PWK's but the best thing would be to call Jeff and let him know what you have, what your after, and he will set you up.. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=104649  RIPPEN
  3. Dude Iam telling ya now if yo got the few extra bucks to have it ported and such do it.. Its deffinatly "cheaper" to go the e-bay route and base plate and all but in the long run its much better to get your stuff from a reputable builder and have it ported for the 4mill and your riding needs.. I had Jeff at F.A.S.T. Racing do all my port and motor work and Iam very happy with how it runs.. The 4mill is deffinatly the way to go and is a huge difference. BUT put the proper portwork with it and its that much better... Just food for thought.. Otherwise if you do just decide to get parts Jeff can help you there to.. He has TONS of stuff in stock and unlike e-bay is able to answere questions.. Good luck! RIPPEN
  4. Those are both basicly vents.. I routed mine up a little bit and back down so stuff cant easly get in them but otherwise got rid of the whole t-setup and all.. makes things much cleaner.. Can kinda see the front one in this pic.. Can see it a bit better in this second pic I just found. Cant find one for the rear but same idea.. RIPPEN
  5. Thats a pretty good queston.. T-dub USED TO BE a good source for swingers and then that kinda hit the fan and I don't think there are even in buisness anymore.. Your best bet is gonna be to call Jeff at F.A.S.T. Racing.. I know he can get a quality swinger for a decent price and is one hell of a good guy to deal with.. I would give him a call.. RIPPEN
  6. Hit up Jeff from F.A.S.T. Racing.. He carries basicly everything you may ever need for a Banshee.. Between the lites or "regulars" I cant remember the difference.. Hit up Jeff, he will set you up with what you need and maybe able to tell you the difference.. RIPPEN
  7. Jeff at F.A.S.T. Racing basicly has everything under the sun when it comes to a banshee.. He is also a site sponsor and hell of a great guy to deal with.. Give him a call.. As far as the head I tighten it all down in a patern similar to the torq patern of the stocker.. Also I torq mine to no more than 20ft lbs and then like you said after a couple rides run the wrench back over all of them.. RIPPEN
  8. Why are boobs good? lol Like mentioned before I think the combo of a twin two stroke and a HUGE aftermarket mod world is what really puts the Banshee up there.. Which also works good because there can be a hundred different combos a guy could use.. RIPPEN
  9. No shit huh... Thats cool man.. Iam looking forward to seeing one in person here this spring.. 150 is to rich for my blood but there are plenty of guys out there that it probably isn't.. Impressive man.. RIPPEN
  10. What?? Somethins not right.. Not to offend you at all but is teh guage you are using known to be accurate and are you checking the compression correctly? IE Both plugs out,(ign off of coarse) throttle wide open, kickin till needle stops? 75psi is WAY low.. Also with you re-build did you do it all "correctly" or did ya cut some corners? RIPPEN
  11. A buddy of mine has his rear raptor plastics cut but it doesn't show them that well... Ill talk to him this weekend and see if he can e-mail me some pics.. I think the way his turned out were pretty nice lookin.. RIPPEN
  12. Awesome Dave! I really appreciate the info man.. My buddy has a 2-5(I think) so I will have to give it a whirl.. To be honest he mentioned to me before to try it as he loves his but I was kinda sceptical to throw a leg over with how everyone says they are so delicate.. Now Iam looking forward to trying it out.. And so if and when I look to get one Ill be lookin to get some info from ya.. Thanks again man! RIPPEN
  13. Thats cool man.. I always love seeing pics from different parts of the world.. Thanks for sharing! RIPPEN
  14. Give us some more details so we can better answere your question.. For all we know your stock with a boost bottle.. Help us help you.. List of mods, riding surface, ect would be helpfull... Oh and welcome to HQ.. RIPPEN
  15. Think dude musta drank the bong water.. Most all my buddies run a aftermarket head as well as myself and have had 0 problems with O-rings.. Like Dave mentioned I think the only time a person would have issues is if they installed them wrong or had incorrect parts.. Kills me some people still try to re-invent the wheel when it makes no sense.. Oh and also like John kinda mentioned.. All the crap you would have to do to try and make the domes seal would seem more likely to fail then O-rings.. And stop lying, you know you were wanting to do this killer sleeper super mod.. lol RIPPEN
  16. Now thats pretty trick.. Havn't seen one like that before.. Iam guessing your right at somethin like that is more than I wanna spend but curious as to how much it did run you? Again, thats pretty slick.. RIPPEN
  17. Hi.. Prepare for the sickness your about to endure... RIPPEN
  18. Thanks allot.. I get all worked up and go to check out the link and it no worky.. DAMN IT!! lol Looking forward to seeing what the go F.A.S.T. specials are this year.. RIPPEN
  19. Huh.. Interesting stuff man.. If the thats straight from the guy Iam not sure who can argue that.. Damn money pit-lol So you have seen my vids Dave, RPMed to shit and having to get in and outta the throttle ALOT.. Think it would hold up to that even? Forgive me, this is just a 180 of what everyone has said for so long.. RIPPEN
  20. One of my best trips happened to be well.. Guess not really winter as it was sept. but we had 20 degree temps and 6 inches of snow.. It was a BLAST.. http://media.putfile.com/Snowy-Walden BUT, sorry to hear about your luck.. Sucks when guy has those days where EVRYTHING turns out like crap.. RIPPEN
  21. You checked your pick-up gap yet? Thats where I would start.. RIPPEN
  22. Hey yeah, see.. Iam not just delusional.. Atleast not totaly.. lol I have heard those kinda claims for quite sometime but wasn't sure if something has changed in them.. I know they can take SOME backload but to recomend them for anything other than drag Iam kinda suprised.. Dave, teach us brotha. Loco, if I wanna know where to get a tan, Ill ask you... RIPPEN
  23. For the longest time I have heard that the dunables are great but arn't really intended for anything other than draging.. I heard that they don't hold up to "playing" that well.. Dave, Tyler, you guys saying thats a myth? If so damn you both as now I gotta get one-lol... RIPPEN
  24. There are little "clips" on the sides that hold the wrist pin in.. I usualy use a little pick or something to get them out.. So if you look at the side of the piston where the wrist pin goes you will see a little notch, thats where you will have to try and pry the little buggers out.. Once you look at it I bet you will see what Iam talking about.. Oh and welcome to HQ  RIPPEN
  25. Um... I think he was offering those to you bro.. And I agree, top pic is T-5s for what your after.. RIPPEN
