I used to have a DG billet one.. On a 13tooth sproket I pitch the chain, it balled up and ran my case saver right through my case.. Stay away from the Billet ones.. Use the plastic kind and make sure its damn close to the chain.. otherwise its basicly worthless.. RIPPEN

My 4mill dune port with CPI's has PLENTY of low end.. Even before with the F.A.S.T. Dune port on a stock stroke, with 35mmpwks and CPI's it ran well with decent bottom.. What kinda compression you got? RIPPEN

165 is actually on the cool side IMO.. I ususally see 175-185 riding and climbing last weekend I was hittin 210 and shuttin her down at 220.. Even at that It wasn't boiling the coolant like I have seen some do.. I have also seen bikes at 240 and as I remember they were boiling and I would avoid that at as much as possible... I run a cool head, engine ice, and a billet impeller.. You push hard enough with no air movin its gonna heat up reguardless.. RIPPEN

Also when doing the drilling I stuck a screwdriver handle inside the carb as to not hit anything when the bit pokes through.. I heard that, that happens at times and can make the slides stick if the wall of the boars get hit.. RIPPEN
