Cool, there were several of us off HQ that were up last weekend.. Would have been cool to meet up.. As for your problem, mine does it to once in a great while.. My stearing stem is fine and my tie rods arn't bent either.. Iam not sure even why mine does it but its so seldem I havn't paid much attention to it.. Now when you say your gretting movement out of the tie rod ends, how much? I get movement if I grab the tie rod and "rotate it" (like a twist throttle) but otherwise they are tight.. That movement your getting may be the problem.?. If so you can get a whole set of tusk tie rod end replacements pretty cheap... As far as the spot between the two tie-rods... I don't really see any arch on mine... It does kinda "level out" a bit from where it connects to the steering stem.. If that make any sence... You can kinda see mine in this pic I took before the re-build.. RIPPEN

Here is what I did with mine.. Kill button.. Key and headlight switch.. I don't like putting extra holes in plastics or anything either but under the seat I didn't think would be a big deal.. Also helps keep some of the water from gettin to them.. RIPPEN

Today I just got done with the first ride of the season and earlier I happen to be thinking about my clutch and how well its done for me.. I had a REALLY heavy season on it with a FAST agressive duneport stock stroke setup.. Then last year a medium season with a 4mill agressive dune port setup and I was really rough on it this trip.. No lockup on any of the setups.. It has performed perfectly despite dragging the shit out of it on some of the tighter technical climbs.. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts as I havn't had a problem one with it yet.. Damn good clutch.. RIPPEN

The biggest benifit to going through Jeff is a personal touch... You have a issue with installing a part you get from Cascade/RMATV, they will give a shit less.. Give Jeff a call and he will walk you through it.. Id rather have someone on the other end that gives a shit, rather than a little fancy cart(icon) feature on a site.. Not to mention that little cart won't help you chose the CORRECT part you might be after.. Adding to the list also, why would you rather support some big company rather than help support the little guy? To be honest, you may wana try local upholstry(sp) shops.. I had mine done in gripper for 55 complete and a buddy got his done at another for I believe 60.. Mine has three seasons on it and still looks pretty damn good.. I love my gripper seat! :thumbsup: RIPPEN

When my bike had the yellow/black thing going I had my frame silve.. And although I REALLY do dig the pics of the bike posted above.. I liked how "clean" the silver made it look.. I would look into something silver but maybe like said above, check out different "kinds" like the vein or somethin.. RIPPEN

A buddy of mine recently purchased a 05' banshee from a local stealership.. Overall a pretty clean bike but besides pipe and boost bottle(lol) its BONE stock.. He wanted to put his lights on a single switch and wire in a different kill switch to clean up the bars similar to what I did with mine.. Also he changed out the clutch purch and also got rid of the parking brake.. Well now the problem is we cant get it to fire.. It does have the tors shit still on it.. We checked for spark and found we do have it on both sides.. When we wired in the killswitch we fired the bike up and made sure that all worked good which it did.. It wasn't untill after we pulled the clutch shit apart it started acting goofey.. I realize it could be fuel, or something besides ignition.. But its just weird it fired up within a kick or two before, but now wont even sputter or try at all... Bring on the ideas.. Oh and we havn't done a comp check yet but as I said, that morning the bike fired and ran fine.. Thanks fellas.. RIPPEN

I cant remember what kind I ended up with but I know for a fact you can get them where you DO NOT have to remove the swinger. The one I had on was a solid piece so I had to cut it off but the one I bought had a "cut" where you could remove a allen screw, spred it apart and it slipped on..
