  1. Yeah, you'll love the shee. Just about any year will be just fine, by the way what are you lookin' at spendin' on these two shee's..............?
  2. Yeah, that +12 looks cool until you dump the clutch and loose all your power due to no traction..........
  3. You might try the 27.5 to see what that does, but it sounds like it might solve your problem........
  4. The T-5's can be ran on more than a stock motor, in fact they run really well with a good port job and pods. I also agree that the cub would be best suited with the CPI's or Shearer's, but at this time I can't afford new pipes and there are some on here that ran their cubs with T-5's until they got better pipes and were fine with the results. Mind you they are not my first choice either, but money matters at this particular time. Jeff also told me that this motor would do fine on the T-5's for now, but once I wanted more power or wanted the motor to be at its full potential then step up to the Shearer's or CPI's. Besides, the bottom line was he doesn't have a cubby, he stated that he had a stock engine and wanted pipes for that platform, so I gave him my opinion on the T-5's since I have been running them on a basically stock motor for three years. I also just got the cub back which is still sitting on my garage floor until I can find the time to put it back in the frame................ :yelrotflmao:
  5. I run the T-5's and I really like them over the T-6's and the FMF's for your level of mods.............
  6. Yeah, its modding a car or truck, whats the first mod most people do, open up the exhaust, because all other mods will be choked down baecause the air can't get out of the motor fast enough............. I really like my T-5's, which are a good all around pipe. The T-6's are good if you do not plan on doing any mods to your motor other than the pipes. The T-6's were designed to work really well with relatively no other mods. My dad runs the FMF pipes and I like my T-5's better...........
  7. 35 pilot is a real fatty, and with just pipes yeah, its way rich.............
  8. You may think about steppin' up to a +4 on the swinger. It will help keep the front down when you dump the clutch and still be pretty decent in the trails...........
  9. I talk to friends down there all the time. They live up by Cairnes though, and we are tryin' to get down there and visit them next year for a holiday..............
  10. $150 thats not bad. A hell of a lot cheaper than I was quoted from local stealer..............
  11. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: try My Controls
  12. I don't think I can ever remember reading a post that was negative about his work or his customer service. His customer service is 2nd to none....................
  13. Yeah, my brother's ex-wife had the YFZ 450 and she rode it just fine, even for an idiot. My wife on the other hand rides a 660 Rappy and like it too. So, I think either one of them would be fine, and if she doesn't like it then get her a different one..................
  14. Well we hope he met and................. :yelrotflmao:
  15. Man, that thing must be fast with all those mods. I bet the gripper seat and boost bottle give it all that torque.............. :yelrotflmao:
  16. Where can you get the TCS's for a good price?
  17. Well, if the kick would have been a little to the left, they may have pulled it off in overtime. I bet he's kickin' himself in the ass tonight................... :yelrotflmao:
  18. Yeah, why does it have to be new as long as its straight..............?
  19. AAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't worry about it, we were all newbie's once. Nice to see it though, some of that $hit was just insane though. I wouldn't mind watchin' them try them, but the one where the guy just missed the top of the ledge even made me cringe. I know thats going to be a costly repair................ ::
  20. Well first of all the '03 motor, is that an actual '03 motor or wast eh 97 rebuilt in '03? It has the pipes, and a few other add on's, but $3000 or less sounds like a pretty decent deal for a shee. How rough are the plastics and the overall appearance of the bike? I would also be curious why someone would put new stock carbs on a bike, when with a littel more money you could get some really nice aftermarket carbs...... Start at your $2500 and see what you can do with it. Even at $3000 you won't be sorry.............
  21. What is the current setup that you have on your shee's. I mean what pipes, reeds, carbs, cylenders, heads & domes, stroker or non, clutch, timing, jets, swinger length, suspension? Where are you and what elevation do you normally ride at? I just thought that it would be cool to share the different proven setups and how they run.........
  22. It depends on how big that sand box is and how fast you want to get to the other side............... But I agree with the quality of those tires, but hey those paddles are better in the sand than none at all.......
  23. Well Jeff checks and rechecks things so that they will be perfect for his friends when they get their stuff back. But the wait is well worth it.................
  24. You are thinkin' 4 mill stroker, cheetah cub, or a cheetah PV and you want economy.............. :yelrotflmao: Ya might look at the new four strokes................. Just yankin' your chain man, but it really comes down to what you do the most, and whether you need to put more money into suspension parts for MX, flat track or dragging................
  25. Well hell, ya got Red, me tooooooooooo............... :yelrotflmao:
