Contact Noss and he will set you up with a Noss head and tell you what domes to get. He goes by dlnoss on here and is a great guy to work with.....................
Thats why its cool to have a dad and a good family friend with banshee's trade parts around to solve the problems with the electrical.................
Gives you a good reason to buy a second one..............
It looks like a good bike, just make sure you check the frame for cracks and that sort of thing. Do the plastics have stress marks from getting laid over. You may want to check the compression to see if what he is telling you is accurate...............
Plus you can always part it out and make more than that, then buy a better one...............
Yeah, I don't know about that pushin' the bike a half mile either, maybe put a strap on a four stroke in our camp and have them pull me.................
When does the season start out there? I mean when does it warm up enough to go.................
When I read about Little Sahara it said something about quiet time from 10pm-6am........... Is that just around the camp sites or is that out on the sand as well? How is the riding there, and does anyone know how far it is from California border up I-80 out through Reno...........?
Thanks just thought we might check out a new riding area..............
You take the plug out from the bottom of the float bowl and hook the feed line to the dial a jet to that. Thunder Products tells you that once you get your jetting right then step down either one or two jet sizes. So, when you step down the dial a jet steps you back up where you were. Then if you need to adjust up or down in Main jet sizes you can. But the main fuel lines are still hooked up and being used, but the suction from the motor pulls the extra fuel through the dial a jet to compensate...............
Yeah, and for that price you may want to just go the extra money and get the lock-up clutch its good insurance. Jeff may hove something laying around that mey be a take off and can hook you up with a deal..........
You may also look at your crank seal to make sure it is not leaking as well, and check your reeds. If the compression is below 100 you are going to have a hell of a time tryin' to start it............
:yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: Pet-o-file????????? Why don't they like animals too? I have two cats and a macaw...............
J/K must be old school..............
Sorry man, I'm in Northern Cali, but a while back there was a thread in the general forum about LA rider's, so ya might try a search there...............
When you watch it on TV, the majority of the people loose big amounts of money because they get greedy, or Howie talks them into going just one more case, because there is still a big amount still in play............. :yelrotflmao:
Yeah, I'm kinda curious as to how much fuel I am going to need for my cubby when I go out. I guess if I run out I run out, and know I need to bring more next next time.............
Sand Mountain is alot bigger than it looks in that picture. Trust me it is worth the trip, its about 5-600 feet high and a mile or so long from one end to the other. Then there is all the bowls and hills on the back side of the mountain. Go take a look at it in google earth, and look at the side view....................
