  3. the valve has a grove in it, depending on which way it is that part is open, and there are 2 tubes inside, long and short, if you are running out with no reserve that is the problem, your short tube is gone, i would get a gas gauge to help you know when it is low.....lmao..... refill isle 9
  4. if it ran good last year, i would keep looking at the electrical, my warrior did that kind of stuff, try the brake deal, it got me, and then try the spark plug boot, they are 3-5 bucks, and that got me too....

  7. that is a bad idea, your street bike is a four stroke, and the oil lubes the head and valves,,,, you should think about switching to something heavy like 80-90 weight some thing like that,,,,,, like i said i use the honda 2 stroke wet clutch 80-90 wieght in the red bottle... my .02

  10. i don't know if you want to go this far,,, but,, this is what i plan on doing when i change out my sprocket, i did it on my warrior, haven't had to change it on my banshee or yfz yet... get some stainless steel nuts with the hole in it, then get some safty wire and tie them together,, i used to work on F-18'S in the navy and they had us safty wire most nuts and bolts.... all you have to do is wire them together,,, you can do two and then two,, or you can tie all of them in a row. up to you.. let me know if you need any tips or know how on how to do it..
  11. sounds like your compession is low, i run 21cc domes and i got around 150 psi.... might need new rings?
  12. i have heard good things about vito's pistons. they act like a port job without the porting..... i agree with the clean up on the intake and polishing the exhaust also.... good luck
  13. i run stock gearing, tried the 15 up front and if i was in the wrong gear, it would bog too much, i like being in third and being able to whip it around and not have to down shift.... other than that it worked great. wheelies out the hole for sure.
  14. were the reeds messed up after all, did you see any damage? that might not have been the problem it they looked okay..
  15. can't be good if it is moving the chain, i agree ,, start thaking it apart, it only takes a few. let us know.
