have you had it apart before? on my warrior the case broke inside, the pin that holds the starter gear snapped and broke the hole in the case and the cover. right now i have the case split and am going to install the new case half today, it looks pretty stright forward inside so you might want to pull it apart and see if something snapped. but on the upside you can put some new goodys in there while you have it apart.

my friend timmy bought one and he loved it, he has an 04 ds 650 which is quite fast, but not shee fast. so he bought one for me and our fried bobby since we almost alwas ride together and he wanted to know how fast the 2-strokes were going, he checks his GPS to make sure we are getting correct readings and so far they have matched up within a mole per hour. i think they are great and so do the rest of our crew.

hey guys, when i bought my banshee, it had, coolhead w/17cc domes and T-5 exaust.... and it would pull the front end up in 4th and even 5th out on the street in front of my house. since i bought it, i changed to T-6 exaust added rad valves a dyna ignition, and it just don't seem to pull as hard and also doesn't have that big hit when the powerband kicks in. it is still fast as hell but i thought i would look to the collective and see what other ideas and opinions i could get before i start swaping out parts. THANKS IN ADVANCE

this guy stiffed me for 1000 bucks, he shipped me a warrior motor packed in peanuts and needless to say was damaged in shipping. so i sent it back and as you can guess, UPS denied his insurence claim. now he gots my money and the motor and wont give me nothing. watch out for this guy.

outerwears should be removed and cleaned often, and with the elastic it is easy, sounds like some of you out there done take very good care of your air!

the flat head screw you refer too is a eliptical "cam" shaped bolt. it should have a lock/bend up to the lock nut lock washer on it to keep it tight. i noticed some thing like that on my banshee after changeing out the shift shaft at the dunes, if your shift shaft goes bad you get stuck between two gears. i was stuck between 4th and 5th one of my buddys got 2nd and 3rd and the other got 1st and second. mine sucked cause i had to do like 65 all the way back to the camp. it had happened to all of my friends, and after putting back together i had your problem. the only difference is that my cam screw was loose and none of theres were. so after adjusting every thing was fine. i would start there, just put it in gear. roll it forward, and adjusted it till it is centered over the two nubs on the star. good luck man

i never lost mine, but i know we have had that happen a few times. we have been lucky and stoped and seen it on the motor. and a few times we stoped and had to have some one run back to camp cause it was gone. the addapters i have realy work and are easy to make. and to keep the dirt and sand out it is well worth it.

pimpeinkc replied to pimpeinkc's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
i did think i should be useing either straight or mixed rase fuel, but what about an additive like maxima or some thing. i have heard some good things about it and it is supposed to prevent detination and stuff like that associated with over heating -
you better hope so, with your shit .100 over on a fresh bore. the roost will tryin to find you
