sorry for the late reply...... went to Warrensburg..... got the bike....6400 out the door..... no hassles, no renegotiation, no problems.. they even spent some time with my buddy trying to help him with his carb problem and even told him to call if he needed more help, and guess what, no charge!!!!,. got to love that. this is a good ole boy dealership and I would recommend them to every one. as for Reno's, well I hope there will be one less phone number in the phone book real soon.. hope this has saved some of you the trouble of having to find out about Reno's shady side on your own.

been trying every thing and it wont idle at all. when it starts you have to keep the throtle reved up or it dies. tried 42 - 48 pilot and up to 170 main, all i have on it is the pipe and jet kit, but ever since i put them on i have been having trouble, either back fire or now no idle, i don't know what else to try... now this bike was new when i got it and the things i listed are the only things i have touvhed, taking the bowl off is as far as i have had the carb apart. the mix screw has not helped nor have the pilots. any one who can help please chime in it is my friends bike so please help

now that is what the fuck i am talking about, thank you chris. i am not the type to start shit for no reason. i even was going to pay more so i could pick it up right then that day. and the reasons for these forums is to help out your fellow atv riders, not only with tech questions and shit that has to do with your bike. it is also to save each other money "and god knows this sport is not cheap" but also to alert each other to scames and shady places.

when i told them i was going to post this for on the net, which would turn some but not all potental customers away and it turn hurt there income. he said he wasen't worried about it. see, if the dealer does you right, you would go out of your way to keep going out there, Reno's is not the closest dealer. but i would have made the drive back out there to return the favor. warrenty repairs alone bring in tons of money for dealers. and the mark up on gear and after market parts. they should be selling the bikes cheap and fast but still make money on them. and make money on the other stuff they sell. because i know all the companys who have done me right have gotten tons more buisness from me, just ask mark at bto. i have placed a couple orders with him for over 1500, when i am going to call him, i ask all my buddys if they need any thing cause mark cuts me deals and i bring him customers
-
dude, that is some fucked up twisted ass shit you got going through you head... i love that shit, i think i should have negotiate, cause if that line of shit don't get the deal then the only other option is to crack some heads , which could still be cool

the dealer who gave me the run around yesterday is the one with one in stock.. and if warrensburg called them today and asked for a white yfz, i know nothing of it cause they are getting a shipment and mine is on that truck. if they really called i don't know. but if they didn't then that makes reno's look even worse, trying to scare me into buying from them for fear they hold all the cards, or bikes in this case and as for an out the door price... over the phone..... i will tell you all about it thursday,,,, well, maybe friday,,, you know how it is when you get a new bike,,,

okay, some misunderstandings here. i spoke with 3 dealers - 1st one is 3 hours away - they said 6500 out the door. 2nd dealer 1 1/2 hours away - they said 6400 out the door - will have one in on thursday 3rd reno's 45 min away - has one in stock and i agreed to pay an extra $50 just so i could get it that day "tuesday" i listed the time it would take me one way here so you would be able to understand why i needed an out the door price. you might enjoy driving up 6 hours in one day just to come home empty handed but i have better things to do than sit in my truck for no reason... you know like play PS2 AND OTHER CHILDISH THINGS LIKE THAT when you start talking about money and time.... the kids gloves come off

Hey guys, I don't know how many of you out there are based out of K.C. But I was just basically screwed yesterday by that joke of a dealership RENO'S. I have 2 Yamaha

sounds like your bowls on your carbs might be leaking down, i would take your carbs apart, check the float to make sure your bowls are filling up proper, and you can turn the screws to see if fuel comes out. and you should check and make sure your jets are not cloged. the only other thing i can think of is to check and make sure you don't have any air leaks around the reeds and carbs. good luck man.

you always have options.... you can clean up the threads with a tap and or run a longer bolt in it. you could if there is enough space, drill itout to a through hole and use a nut on the back side. you can also buy stuff to put in the hole like loc tite form a thread which uses the bolt and a releasing agent to reform the threads and if need be you can drill and tap it to a larger size, it kdon't have to be metric.
-
dude, that sucks... but all of a sudden i am glad my bike is still down and you didn't talk me into going.... still sucks about the trailer and the bikes,,,,, make sure to post up some pic's of the crash zone so we can see the horror with our own eyes..... later bbIII

oh shit i thought that my last score was the top, 1013 now the mark
-
just hit 1011.04 on the bloody version, i love this game and i thank you for turning me on to it i am very happy i started this thread. thank you all

i don't know much about the crank, but i do know if you go below the 20cc domes you better get you some race fuel or you will melt your pistons.
-
if you cut the little stop off the face plate you will then be able to turn the valve so that the main and the reserve holes are lined up with the inlets, by doing this you will have twice the flow through the valve, that is the only "BOTTLE NECK" to speak of and with both holes that open to the take taking fuel you would not have any problems.
-
that is laughable....... and i will be waiting
-
you have options, the inside of the valve is wide open and should not need any thing done to it, how ever if you feel you need the extra flow... there is an option..... if you take the little tab stop on the face plate off the valve you can turn the valve to the 3 o'clock position which will allow both the main and reserve holes to recive fuel. but i think it should do fine with out that option.
-
here are some pic's of a stock fuel valve "petcock" which i modified to with a piece of brass tubeing, a feral , a drill bit, and some J-B weld. no need to buy the 80 dollar one when you can make your own in like a half hour. and with money you save you could buy some race fuel!

come on dune_girl, this is not a compation. we should be friends. on here we can hang out chill. and then you can try and beat me out at the dunes........ how that sound.
