  1. I got the mods listed in my sig and I have stock carbs, 320 main, 27.5 pilot and needle on 4th clip. I am at about 700-800ft elevation. Maybe that will give you a little insight to getting yours closer on jetting.
  2. Id go with the dune port by rbporting. You can get him to do it off ebay for $164 and $25 return shipping. Great price and I even know of a guy on PS that had his drag ported and loved the power from them and he's a nice guy to deal with. Cant go wrong.
  3. Toomeys are probably the best aftermarket pipes performance wise that dont stick way out. I got CPI Inframes and those are real close on me but I ALWAYS wear jeans when I ride with them on so it dont burn me. I notice the heat sometimes but I just move my leg away and problem solved.
  4. I'd shoot more for $3500-4000 USD. Free up.
  5. That sucks, my head pipes fit up nice, only thing I had to do was shim out the fender bracket so the pipes didnt rub on the front fenders. I got CSFX silencers so I dont have to worry about the stock silencers lining up crappy.
  6. nah not wear the bore smaller but wear of the piston actually taking the thickness down maybe? I know a friend of mine had a old ass IT175 that had the original top end that had wicked piston slop from it.
  7. Hmm Id say its probably the 65.25 bore but can a piston wear that much to knock it down that much?
  8. I run only benol and have had no problems with it, and after swaping out my top end the jugs/pistons look great and like everyone else said, the smell is great, my 4 stroke buddies love it.
  9. Might want to try shooting for trying to get less out of the cylinders. Not trying to mess up your thread or anything but new the reeds and filters will cost about 325 or so and you can get a nice set of ported jugs off ebay for that kind of cash. Not trying to be a dick but just to let you know.
  10. The ceramic coating will hold in heat which is why most will tell you chrome or high temp paint. Any pipe maunfacturer will tell you this anyway.
  11. I was putting the Shee back together and found a hose that was loose and am not sure where it went. It T's off from under the gas tank and the other part of the hose runs down to the clutch case cover. Anyone know where it goes?
  12. Sold the K&N still have paddles and Cascade shift star. Anyone have a set of 30-34mm Mikuni carbs they want to trade?
  13. Thats why you get a duneable override which allows you to shift like a regular override and also use it as a regular clutch.
  14. Agree with you for once? You've been registered for 5 days!
  15. I'd go with the cut domes, Ive heard of a few people having problems with blowing the head gasket/seals with the stroker plates.
  16. Pods are definatly the way to go if you dont drive in mud or water.
  17. Sexy Banshee, same one I got but that ones pretty beat looking, good buy none the less. Report back on how the EFI turns out.
  18. Pic of radiator to platinumjason@hotmail.com
  19. Never had any piston problems, however where if you do a poll on "spark plug malfunction" you can put me down for that. :yankyank:
  20. Got some pics? What all is included also. Send pics to platinumjason@hotmail.com
  21. All there you can get is the Hush Kit or the Sparky ones unless you want to use some sort of clamp on. As for the screen thing yes it can be done but alot of places that check for it are informed of things people try to do to get around the spark arrestor thing. For it to be legal it needs to have a US Foresty stamp on it.
