Pipes turned brass/gold color
platinumjason replied to Hollister_Hitman's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
Nickle is notorious for its gold colors, hence FMF Gold Series pipes, they are nickle plated! -
Heres mine, plain black and white, nice clean look other than the bitch at the bar spilling shit all over them last night =\ I'll have to give them a cleaning.

F.A.S.T. RACING Cylinders
platinumjason replied to KSbanshee's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Hey dont mean to hijack your thread or sound stupid but what all is with a triple port over just a regular port job? Also is there something physically done to the jugs that makes them run hotter or is it just because they will put out more power which can cause over heating? -
Paintball Shit , High end gear and stuff
platinumjason replied to [email protected]'s topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Wish I had the money, Id like to get back into paintball so bad but between my Banshee with the money and time consumption and everything else I do I just dont have the time or money. Goodluck with it. -
Looking for dual carb setup or 2 into 1. Duals must be between 34-36mm and if its a 2 into 1 I would like a 38mm or so on that. Let me know what you got and how much. Found a set, thanks.

The nickle also will also get a goldish tint to it after a while. Just like FMF's gold line series of pipes, called that because of the nickle plating and the color they turn before too long.

Supposly the speed limit for the whole dunes area was a rumor that is untrue. As for the whole towing thing the DNR would look away before but because of Jeep rental place right on the corner complaining about the buggy rentals getting towed in saying its ruining business. I go as ofter as possible in summer, usually every other weekend as long as my Banshee decides not to blow. If we get a few days durning summer with hot temps and no rain the sand is like sugar and its great but MI weather is so unpredictable its crazy. Snow one day and a high of 70 the next. You never know. I like the middle of summer myself watching everyone drag race and seeing all of the rides lined up along the lakes shore. Usually some hotties running around too.

haha, I remember when a friend of mine said he saw a powerband on a snowmobile. :yelrotflmao: Goodluck with the project.

I bought 1 and 2 as soon as they were out, played 3 on demo at Best Buy and it sucked. The handling of the quads and looks were terrible, all fake and crappy graphics.

Here is a set of cylinders ported by RDZ Racing. They have RDZ's level 2 port job. They are bored .040 over and come with pistons and rings. The left side piston/rings have 5 hours tops on them and the right side piston/rings are brand new never run. The right side melted down and I just bought a new piston and rings to replace it but decided to run my stock cylinders now. One of the head studs holes on the left cylinder was heli-coiled by RB Racing. The cylinders have a fresh hone job and are ready to install and run. The head studs are NOT included with the cylinders. Any questions let me know and I will answer them as soon as possible. If you want more pics let me know and I will get them. I would like to trade these for a dual 34 or 35mm carb setup or possibly a 2 into 1 setup with a 35mm or bigger carb. As for cash $375 OBO. Pistons are Wiseco Pro Lites. I can get a pic of those if you would like. http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f83/plat...son/inside2.jpg http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f83/plat.../Insideview.jpg http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f83/plat...ason/Intake.jpg

Rochester new york
platinumjason replied to shee likes when i go down's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Lots of roads no sand that I've ever heard of though. -
Its sad to hear about things like this happen. I know at Silver Lake 3 or 4 years back there was a guy on a Banshee with his family riding next to him and as he crested a hill a dirtbike coming up the backside of it(the wrong way) came up over top and hit him in the chest/head from what I was told. I didnt see it but was there that day. Guess the wife and kids were in the vehicle at the time and saw the whole thing happen. I have almost been hit about 10 times or so but only 1 real close call with a jacked up F-150 going damn near straight at me as I was heading over the dunes past test hill towards the exit. You definatly have to be careful and pay attention because about 70% of the people there dont.

5.5psi at 20 minutes is golden. Most people go by 6 pounds for 6 minutes.
-
Its cool man, I cant make it either. Just got word my cylinders are done being ported so now hes gonna fix up the thread on my RDZ jugs and I shall have them back soon. I will be there opening week though as long as nothing terrible happens.

Fitting problems with trinity stage4 pipes
platinumjason replied to Fre530d's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
Hey man, dont want to hijack your thread but I was just got a question to people who do run these pipes. Just wondering how far they stick out compared to CPI pipes? Thats what Im currently running and I love the top end power but I would like a little more mid and I also dont like how they stick out so close to my legs. -
Guess I'll give it a whirl. If it dont go as planned Ill just sell it and get a set of 35's.
-
I may get that from you when you decide to sell it. Hope mine will have enough power for a +6.
-
Maybe I'll check into a 2 into 1 then. I hear bad things but almost everyone that dont like them has never run one.
