  1. 2-5 override trans cut by racers edge. Works fine, no issues. Both gear sets, drum, shift star and bearings will be included. 1st gear and neutral are in the stock location. Full override, NOT a duneable. $275 shipped.
  2. Thats some funny shit right there.
  3. I have a 2-5 cut by racers edge that I would sell. PM me if you're interested.
  4. LOL thanks man - Jared
  5. Make sure you have the right fork in the right place for the pinion gears in the transmissin. One of the pinion gears has a different diameter on the part where the fork rides than the other two. Just double check everything and make sure you aren't shooting yourself in the foot. - Jared
  6. you sure you have the right forks in the right place?
  7. Mike FAILS. This is not the correct way to check squish. You will get inaccurate readings doing it this way.
  8. How long are you running? I run way bigger engines than a 4mil cub on gravity fed billet bowls.
  9. Those giant boss bowls weren't big enough for ya?
  10. Squish clearance is the clearance between the crown of your piston and the squish-band profile of the dome. Anywhere from .035 to .055" is acceptable depending on what your setup is and who built it. .050 to .055" is very typical and generally pretty safe. Make sure you don't have any convergence in the squish band (caused by your piston crown profile not matching the squish-band profile). Convergence is bad. Divergence is ok, but not optimal unless your top end was designed for it. Your domes play just as much a role in your performance as your porting. Its well worth the extra $$ to get a set of custom domes cut for your engine setup. - Jared
  11. are you spinning the trans shafts while testing? 90% of the time the transmission won't seem like its shifting right on the bench. Once assembled and engine running it will shift fine. Post pics of the "flat spots" you are talking about. I'd be willing to bet your drum is fine and it would shift fine once assembled. The drum is hardened and there is not enough play between the forks and the drum for it to wear a flat spot. I've never seen it happen with all the transmissions I've done. - Jared
  12. You are an Idiot. Go Away.
  13. Just get some custom domes cut for your setup. Changing base gasket thickness changes your port timings. If your cylinders are ported, ask whoever did your porting what size base gasket you need. Assemble the top end and torq the cyls down and check your squish, if its too loose with the appropriate base gasket, then you need to get some new domes cut. Call up your builder or dave @ noss machine and he can custom cut you some domes, but the dome profile will greatly depend on your porting and other setup variables. Fuel type, pipes, style of riding, etc etc etc Call kevin @ HJR, he can help you out with getting everything set up right. His number is in my signature. - Jared
  14. Contact Tim @ Titan Racing. He does some nifty modifications to the needle valve/seat to allow more flow. I've done some of the mods myself and it made a good difference. If you are running a pump and billet bowls there is no way in hell you should ever be running out of fuel. Whats the flow-rate of your pump? Is it single inlet dual outlet? What size engine are you running all of this on? I've seen some huge engine setups need dual needle-valve setups to keep the bowls full, but those are 900+cc setups. - Jared
  15. Ditch the J-Arms and get a new setup. Stock Tie-Rod ends stuck ass.
  16. Good luck with that.
  17. Why are you guys yelling at eachother?
  18. HOLY FUCKING RUN-ON SENTENCE BATMAN! What the Fuck?
  19. Kevin @ HJR can cut you a set of domes for your setup. Give him a call. His number is in my signature. - Jared
  20. Home-Made Land-Mines. Ball-Bearings, amonium nitrate, aluminum oxide, blasting cap & piano wire. Or was it aluminum nitrate and amonium oxide... just mix the shit togeth BOOOM! ............nevermind. I'll be at the hospital if anyone needs me. lol
  21. What's your address? I think I need to stop by and say "hi, bye" lol
  22. PHOTOBUCKET MOBILE APP. Its simple man, email the pics to yourself, go to a damn coffee shop or a friends computer, open your email, put the pics on photobucket, copy and paste the IMG tag here. Its not rocket science.
