  4. Do the exhaust flanges come with it? Thanks, Jared
  5. You gave yourself the answer to what happened... Take the time and buy the tools needed to check, measure, and build it correctly before you slap the next one together and you will save yourself more money down the road. A good investment up front will save you hundreds and hundreds down the road. -Jared
  6. Its the "beast seat!"
  7. 1211 will hold the bearings in place. Just put a dab in the groove where the oring used to be and let it set up good before running it.
  8. What was your ring end gap? What was your piston to cylinder-wall clearance? Cast or forged pistons? Were the port windows chamfered? Did you do any piston prep before installing the top end? New or used wristpin bearings? The black on the exhaust side of the piston below the rings tells me you didnt check some of the above. Those also look like cast pistons. Stock or namura junk... -jared
  9. Shoot me a PM with a price for the swingarm! Thanks! -Jared
  10. Sent you a reply... i think we can work out a deal. -Jared
  11. I had a 480 yfz with head porting, valves, springs, CP piston, bigger cylinders, etc. It was still pretty much a turd. My g/f rode it and said she liked it because it didn't run like the banshees. lol! It dropped a valve and blew the whole top end to hell. Cost me over $1k to fix it and 2 months later it blew a head gasket. I traded it to a kid for a 4mil banshee, and he even knew it had the blown gasket! I got the better end of that trade! -Jared
  12. Yes, you can do it. Your case volume will be more than it should be with a 4mil crank, so this may cause issues for how well it runs with the 4mil crank, but it is totally do-able. -Jared
  13. Oh yeah, I'm open to trades. Looking for a 4mil super serval top end, or any other aftermarket goodies you may have. Also open to trades for a yfz450 for the g/f. I would be willing to toss cash in on the right yfz450 trade.
