I wouldn't run it. Blue like that means it got pretty damn hot. Send it off to Kevin @ HJR and he can rebuild it for you with some new rods. Give him a call, he has really fast turnaround time!

What in the fuck is going on back where your kicker gear assembly goes in? It looks to me like its time for some new cases and a complete tear-down and check-over. It looks like that engine has seen some abuse and not much maintenance.

Whats your squish clearance? Did you check the bore of the dome vs the bore of the piston? Does the dome squish angle match your crown angle of the dome?
