  1. Are the arms chromoly, +anything forward, stockers chromed? Also, what are the Hubs? What do you need for the entire front end setup?
  2. What kind of turnaround time if I ship you stuff for powdercoating?
  3. The reed spacers are usually run in front of the reeds. Check the vent tube to the gas tank, if it is clogged, you may not get fuel. Also, make sure that your carb bowls are on the correct carb. If you switch them, the choke won't work correctly. And make sure your pilots are clean. Take them out and run air and carb cleaner through it. May also want to close your airscrews down a bit to richen up the pilot for the cold, will also help it start. Few things to check. You can also unplug the TORS box under the gastank to see if that is causing problems.
  4. You can purchase Sparky's slip on spark arrestor, Or you can go to the hardware store and buy some heavy duty, fairly course screen, take the encaps off your silencers, and sandwich it between the tube in your silencer and the end cap. I ride at Silver Lake quite often, and I have never seen anyone turned away for sound w/CPI's. The louder 4 stroke exhausts are the ones that are having trouble.
  5. Thanks Booth, same goes w/you!
  6. There is no in General. Never had DG's, but w/clam on's I would go up a pilot jet to 27.5, lowere the clip one position on the needle, and start around 300-310 on the mains to be safe. Should be a fairly good starting point.
  7. Yup. Were they valved for you?
  8. He said Pantera!!!! R.I.P. Dime
  9. FMF Fatty's are an alternative if you would like choices. I have seen dyno charts on both pipes on same bike and power curve and peak are almost identicle. The Toomey's are my favorite soundwise, but the Fatty's sound tuff too, just not as loud.
  10. Go back and get it! I agree 100% w/bigboybanshee.
  11. Bottom line is you are not moving across the United States. And you are only gong to be there 10 days. In Michigan, I have to go long periods of time every year w/o riding my quad(called winter) because it is a duner, and I basically haven't been able to afford to build a bike for ice as I am not finished w/the duner. Ten days won't kill you. If you are an electrician, QUIT BEING LAZY and you wouldn't have to make these decisions. If you are bullshitting about that, going up north would be a good chance for you to start some schooling or an apprenticeship in some sort of trade as you won't know many people right away, and will be alot easier to stay on task. Also, next time you see the dude that advertised the Lectron carbs, that has your title, kick him for me(I know you said you were into kicking midgets). I hate when people post things for sale, and never respond to anyone interested, or note sold or whatever.(especially when it is something I really want) And last, if you are not telling us the whole story and it is your girl that wants you to leave your quads behind, better let her go because she obviously isn't interested in your interests.
  12. Everything is sold, thanks fellas's.
  13. Anyone?
  14. Hello.......Bigwill.......ya out there??????
  15. You should probably be alright. I would go through Wallrats checklist of things, as all those things are easy, preventive steps to a real pain in the ass.
  16. Was your motor running the whole time you were submerged. If so then nothhing is getting in the exhaust. It would have stalled if water would have gotten in the intake. And remember, most places 4X4's love to go, a banshee probably has no business being there. Good luck.
  17. Getting this message when trying to upload pics all of a sudden:Warning: copy(2/3415451281.jpg): failed to open stream: No space left on device in /home/x2putfi/public_html/index.php on line 99 couldnot copy Anyone know what might be wrong?
  18. Do you have pics of plastics? Send to [email protected]
  19. Price....pics...?
  20. Rims and tires are sold pending payment.
  21. Most people will tell you one full tank of gas no more than half throttle on a two stroke. And I wouldn't bother w/the 24:1 thing. Make sure you lube up all your top end parts well(w/same mix oil you are going to use), and run whatever mix you will always run. 32:1 is always safe, if you run good quality oil, 40:1 is fine.
  22. PM'd me, said wanted what I had, left an address for shipping. Hit him back w/paypal info, money was in account in no time. Thanks again!
  23. I agree. I have found the Fatty's to like a bigger pilot also, especially in cold weather, but not sure about the Gnarlys.
  24. Usually a lot of good part on Planet Sand. Most of them take paypal. But don't know of anywhere commercial. You can always get w/Jeff @F.A.S.T. if you are looking for new, he would probably take paypal.
