  1. because the yami will start everytime you hit the key. tell me your VW buggy does that, haha.
  2. '96 red/red banshee with lots of parts. runs strong, but has stock pipes. Extras are 2-1 air filter, VF2's, wiseco .080 pistons in topend with 10-12 hours, PC'd black frame swingarm and carrier, ProTaper SE bars, new clutch perch/lever, ebrake block-off, new front tires, 50% rear tires, Racetech rear shock rebuild, 1 ride on NEW YFZ450 shocks, galfer brake lines, plastics are in fair condition. burns a little oil, so it could probably use a right side crank seal. ANY questions PM me. http://okstate.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=...026&id=17111770 Sandstars on .160 douglas wheels will go with for the right price.
  3. as long as someone mentioned it. haha
  4. :thumb:
  5. the taller tire may need a slight gearing reduction via sprocket changes to compensate.
  6. why always with religion? dont you guys worry about important things like oil?
  7. nay prince of the darkness.
  8. thats a pimp ass setup. props
  9. is your shifter limp kinda? mine did the same thing and its a simple fix. there is an eccentric stud in the clutch housing that hold the shifter return spring in place. thats broken, meaning the ratcheting type shifter wont load another gear. if you pick the lever up manually, with your foot, youll hear/feel it click and then you can downshift. youll have to do that everytime you wann click down until you fix that part. but at least its a cheap pain in the ass right?
  10. you should really revalve for any change in your suspension. a +4 isnt that extreme though. so if youre short on cash a new spring may suffice.
  11. absolutley. mine does the same thing. not to worried about it, ive been through many topends with the same noise.
  12. holy darts batman!
  13. click your pic, then right click it to bring up a menu, select copy image location, then paste that into the image feature on a post. real simple.
  14. maybe strap your generator to the trailer and fire it up as it goes down the road? thats pretty redneck, but cold beer is of the highest priority.
  15. youll be able to tell when you can/cant remove the cylinder. if you can remove the jug the crank is stuck. and if you cant, then the piston is stuck, but the crank may still be stuck also. sucks a bunch. but since youre only dealing one side, its half the price.
  16. 200 for some plug wires? i didnt even bother with the site to tell you thats too much, think this through bro.
  17. i think the conept is to move the weight back, pre se'. by running a -1 swinger, and +2+1 arms the wheels, all around are 1 further toward the front, providing a better weight distribution. someone correct me if im wrong.
  18. i work at a dealer and havent seen but one since ive been there since 04. they just dont sell man. we will gladly order you one, or would. but stocking them just isnt practical.
  19. just weld it, or have it welded. like take it to one of them muffler shops that says, we weld kids toys free.
  20. i believe the fronts are alum, and i know the rear are steel. however both are very rough castings with finish machine work as needed, ie the bores for the bearings and so forth. so thats why they seem so pitted.
  21. was the sand sports super show this weekend? i wanna go to one of those soooooo bad. maybe next year.
  22. haha, its a sickness. this post made me wanna put up picks of my '06 in images.
  23. how are you going to hold it? i surely wouldnt put my flywheel in some lathe jaws.
  24. today we salute you night, shining waste of bandwidth. your stupid comments, and even worse penchant for annoying symbols wreak havoc all across the internet. ok some one finish that up........
