  1. I do, and I still dont think it would be a good idea.
  2. like he said, it def needs to be there. You may not realize it but the axle nuts generate huge axial loads on the bearing races, and with out the spacer to support them you may as well kiss them good bye.
  3. id say a big alum radiator and plumb it through your stock coolant system. but run some tests to make sure that everything is working in harmony.
  4. IM gonna get real fuckin drunk, is there anything else to do? Pot is for the birds. You need stimulants to really start off the night. now wheres my straw.............lol
  5. uh, maybe it just wasnt meant to be.
  6. And unfortunately I have probably read at least half of them. i need a life.
  7. I bet its gonna be really stiff, and maybe kinda short.
  8. price drop, 2K.
  9. i never even thought of that. there you go. may gain some lift too depending on what you do with the spring pads.
  10. Thanks Ben, I just completed my last assignment in there, now its on to Excel. woohoo
  11. redo the motor mounts and turn them 180* then the drive should be from the opposite side and effectively spin the opposite direction. unless im missing something? The EZ-Go's have a fir amount of room under the seat from what I remember.
  12. Agreed. I was at the dealer a few weeks ago and we sold a new 600rr kid who 'wasn't scared'. Guess who's bike was in service after having been looped out, that guy's. But 929's are cool bikes FWIW

I have mine revalved already, but what do they charge for the dual rate setup? just the parts, I can put them on myself.
  14. Good to see you around Boonman. I get what youre saying about the gears and I am glad to have finally had someone explain it with a knowledgeable background in it.
  15. I may do that. Depends on how much I can keep cheating like I have been. Thanks!
  16. I have to take V-Basic programming for a computer class and I cant figure it out. The teacher and TA are both from some middle Eastern country and I cant understand them, and no one else I know seem to know how to do this. Its a freshman level course, so its easy, but could someone steer me in the proper direction of where to look at least for some online help?
  17. haha, so when he falls off it impales him from the rear! now that is a self reconciling problem.
  18. i meant on the site not google. damn engineers, everything is all black and white........
  19. rear shackles leveled mine out really nicely. the set was like 55 bucks and took about two hours to install, with all the wrong tools. With a lift and proper tooling im thinking like 30 minutes total. plus it rides a lot nicer.
  20. PM locogato11283, he has a 600rr motor in a raptor. dunno if it will fit in a banshee frame though.
  21. do a search, I just did a long explanation of this the other day. key in 'coil hat'.
  22. I have never had any experience with cermets, cant comment.
  23. Rc 50 is some hard shit. I have access to a tester, just wish I had a spare gear to test. Diamond tooling would def be the way to go. I think the mod is to remove half the clutch dogs so its easier to get into gear. The downside is that this makes for a lot of slack in the gear stacks, so when you use engine braking (instead of clutching and using service brakes) its easy to shell a tranny. This is what I have heard of drag setups, unsure about duneables.
  24. Ya, my bad, Im looking at too many things. Im a machinist; and the pure carbides we use will eat any wheel, other than diamond. I dont think the concrete bits use that high of quality probably. So that probably is feasible, or you have some sweet ass wheels. Its funny cause we were sharpening tools today and the grinder ate up every M-42 or HSS tool we had, no questions asked. But we saved the single carbide center as the last job. It ate a 4inch wheel to ~3.5inches before it put a 60* point on the tool. haha
