  1. I didnt even know there were VF 4's.
  2. Maybe we should all be using hydrogen in our tires, no threat there.
  3. good, cause i thought you were stupid for a lil while. haha.
  4. I think I'd be taking that shit back. I have my frame done and its held up really well, even when brake fluid sat on it for a few days.
  5. I like the zipties idea. Or maybe some studs with nuts?
  6. Indeed, that piece of mind may be well worth the money.
  7. Yes lets laugh at the man who buys expensive tools. God knows they are all the same. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. Buy the best gauge you can afford. Personally I'm a Snap On snob. Hey, Duralast may come to my service bay to pick up a busted impact and give me a loaner while the other one is being rebuilt. But I doubt it.
  8. someone mentioned using helium to 'lighten a tire'. id say that effect would be negligible at best.
  9. I like peanut M&M's. On topic of unsprung weight: How does it affect thrust? I can see if you lower the mass of the tire, but youre just lowering the weight. Maybe from slightly decreased friction to the ground?
  10. ive been drunk everyday since school ended, and quite a few days before that too. i see no reason to stop the trend now. party on brothers.
  11. This coming from the man with a purple sparkly quad in his sig. ha j/p
  12. My thoughts exactly. When I worked for a yami/honda dealer we used to get pipes in for street bikes that had boxes in that bad of shape. That really sucks bad to get in a new set of Bub's and have them be useless because the chrome is chipped in five spots.
  13. You dont think he knows what hes talking about? Something about the pot calling the kettle black...............
  14. ditto. id use light torque on them too, the parts in the tank are only brass inserts, and they come out/spin fairly easily.
  15. 341234532465.23123123487341890 x 10^(-e^2) But really, I dunno.
  16. Honda fluids through out. They gots good stuff man.
  17. for the love of offroaders through out the country, be VERY careful with what you say on tv. The last thing the media needs to hear is about how your quad randomly blew up. Congrats on being safe though, heal up quick.
  18. HAHA, last time I did that it was during warm ups for a flat track, in front a bunch of people. Thesis: I too, am fucking retarded.
  19. Man this sounds like an awesome application for an Excel spreadsheet. Haha, just kidding. get out the grinder, lazy.
  20. the ones that retain the bushing. i use a couple dental type picks when I remove mine. no good way to go about it really. except when you do remove them, try replacing them with snap rings. like these
  21. def not a four stroke. that bike has been out of production for a while, so they may have stopped selling reeds. it wasnt exactly the hottest bike on the market. but locogato, or maybe his dad, used to have one. so if you want some 500 reeds, might ask him where he buys his.
  22. hes right. chewing gum is the only thing to use.
  23. umm who ever was on the HRC needs riding lessons.
  24. Can someone explain to me how you bend a shock? I just dont see it happening as a direct result of flipping the wheels. Now if you flip the wheels, break a lower BJ, and stab the lower control arm in the ground at 65 MPH, then I see more than one bent piece of metal in your future.
  25. Really? I dont remember that one. New point, TX drivers suck.
