  1. We run all of are tethers straight to the coil with no problems dyna or stock.
  2. Cubs are available in 65mm 66mm, and 68, supercub 72. Really need to ask yourself if you want big topend power, or more of a broad not so peaky power curve. Also if money is a major factor stock cylinder porting will be a more viable option. Give me a call if you have any questions. Andy M&M 9182731700
  3. Make sure and check the plastic gear as well as alot of times if the bearing has failed the gear will be stripped out on the pin that runs throught the pump. We have everything in stock give me a call and ill hook you up. M&M 9182731700
  4. Be sure and use gaskets on both sides of the aftermarket reeds so you dont get any leaks
  5. When you say it wont kick over, do you mean its locked up or wont start? Start with the simple stuff do you have spark, does is it getting fuel, do a compression check. Start with the easy stuff and just eliminate one thing at a time. Just remember the motor needs fuel, air, and spark(at the right time), to run.
  6. No the DM is not a bolt on cylinder. It takes quite of bit of welding a maching to make them fit. Alot of builders epoxy but we dont 99% weld. I would go dm for power any day over the cheetah. Powervalves are nice for a nice smooth tq curve but i bet at just about any useable rpm the dm will dominate.
  7. I got a used trinity 2 into 1 setup we took off a customers bike that was left in the shop for a year or so ill make you a killer deal on it pm me
  8. give me a shout have several sets of Stellars arms in stock and ready to go. Chrome
  9. Yes it can be done but porting will be necessary to take advantage of the added stroke over the 4mm. Short rod motor 68 bore will run a 9768 series piston and you will have to custom cut the domes to get the squish correct.
  10. If the crank is separating from the webings it can and will be a problem. As the crank seperates it can actually make contact with the case and lock the motor, the crank will become more and more out of true and cause the motor to vibrate and premature bearing failure. The good news is that we can press the cranks back together and weld them and as long as the bearings are good it will be fine. Putting a separating crank back in a bike is asking for problems.
  11. we had a good time broke some stuff but all in all it was a good weekend. The lsr chassis that we had the dmx in broke the shock mount on the single aarm design and man what a ride got to give chris major props for not wrecking. The stellar hillshooter with on of are little dm's in it broke the motor mount on the cases. I do have some pics and a few vids but not much ill get them posted up sometime today.
  12. If you bring a few extras down to sandfest we might be interested in some look me up.
  13. Well finally finished everything this evening and packed and ready to roll out first thing in the morn. If anybody needs anything come find me im in i think 142 up in the new stuff i think lol...
  14. Things slowed for us some what for a couple of months but the dead of summer is our slow months anyway. We have really started to pick up lately. i know that our dunes here in oklahoma have slowed a ton vs 5 years ago but the laws and law enforcement can be partly to blame for that at our paticular dunes. I can remember there being 5000 plus people at little sahara on snake hunt weekend not saying that it was safe but busy as hell. Im personally all about competiition, friendly competition, but we thrive on it. Most of us builders are good friends thats whats so awesome about our industry. Im not saying that we get along with everybody, or everybody gets along with us but for the most part we are a close knit bunch. I would love to have a friendly competition between all of us hq sponsors just to showcase what we can do!
  15. Not sure if i remember these cylinders or not but if you could give me some more info on them i might be able to tell you a little more about them. Going to 4 7 or 10 without reporting it to get the port timings correct will yield you little to no gains if not a loss. There are some things we can do to pick up the low end just hit me up and ill give you some suggestions. Andy M&M ATV
  16. No need if it is a 58 stroke cub there as cast with a taller deck height.
  17. Its more economical just to buy new. You will be within 50 im sure on just buying a new one and crankworks is several weeks out. I have some killer deals on new ones if your interested hit me up.
  18. Switch the wires and plugs from side to side and see if your problem switches sides if does the plug, wire, or cap is bad, if it doesnt you got other problems. Do a compression check on both sides.
