I only have new stroker domes for 75 and i sold my last set of 18's. Only thing left is the pro design head 100 shipped with domes if i have what you want used or 175 for new domes of your choice.

That was scotts 18mm dm mccoy built and it does run hard. Im sure it was a handfull in a stock chassis with a 12 over arm lol! Everything ran good the DM's were on kill once we got them lined out, and as always the lil cubs were running hard. Cam ur cheetah totes you around real good, always good racing. Had a blast racing you on my lil stock stroke cub.

Well lets just hope that everything works out for you. Ive put in 3 others but they really dont have much time on them other than just up and down the road testing them everything seems good so far.

There have been a few known problems with the extremes and WCR has a few ideas on what it is going to take to correct them. But im not sure if HP has anything to do with it from what ive heard the trannys that have broke have been on a clutchless downshift or just putting around. We have a extreme in a bike that made 115hp, we had some shifting issues at first but im 99% sure it was shift shaft issues. Greg had us try to add the old duneable springs as well and we did but the tranny seems to be shifting just fine now.

If you changed plugs and swapped sides on the wires and the problem didnt change sides its not electrical. Do a leak down test, sync the carbs, it just a simple problem just need to pinpoint it.

Its really not that easy to fig compression ratio on a two stroke. On a two stroke the motor does not start building compression untill the exhaust port closes so to know the compression ratio you will have to know the exhaust height, deck height and head volume.

You can see the heat just starting to burn at the base of the strap start leaning it down slowly it will start to move away from the strap.

well its hard to tell from the small pics but it looks like your real close but it could def use a little more heat on the plug. Start squeezing the pj down till you see you heat anealment marks at about 3 and 9 oclock with the strap at 12.

Pipes should really be brazed (sp?) to keep from cracking again.

A lot of times we fight the rear brakes mite try the seringe the pushes the the fluid threw instead of a vacuum sucking it threw.

Sounds like ur missing the steel sleeve that goes between the bushing and bolt.
