buy a new stator cover gasket mine used to do this all the time I guarantee this is it. Your getting water on the stator eventually it will rust the pads and you will have to sand the pads down.

Check your timing if you have air, fuel and spark then you need spark at the right time. Make sure something didn't happen to the tors these things can make wierd things happen try unpluggin the box wouldnt hurt to try. Try pull starting just to see if it will fire.

Just sent my shee to the porter getting a medium port with the boost ports put in. I live in south east kansas and running a noss cool head 20cc domes, cpi inframes, 4 degree timing, vforce reeds. Right now I am running 340 mains with no air box lid and a k&n any ideas what i need to do after my port job. Also i heard that i need to go down to 19cc domes after the porting but I want to be able to run pump gas?????

Just installed a noss cool head and now it won't start. It ran fine b4 but now iam not getting any spark. I got a little spark on one side but it was faint and intermitten. The headlights will flash on kicks does this mean my stator is fine? Is there any way to check the cdi or plug wires. Doesnt make sense all I did was replace the head I had to of pulled a wire loose or something but I can't find anything loose. What does the tors have to do with the spark and is this a possibility?
