This was a suprise to me. In a bind, I bought a TUSK HD kit, 35 bucks with 6 HD springs. Its going on almost a year now, and still does great. I do a lot of drag racing, and trail riding. My mods are in my sig (porting,20cc domes,28mm keihins, 15t, etc...) Even dealt with all the ice drags last year, and still holding. So, id say thats a good bang for the buck!!

Huh, good to know the benol shit separates from the gas in the winter, ill stay away. Maybe ill try the castrol 927 stuff, or the supertechniplate. Thanks for the comments!

Ive been running FMF gold series for a while now. I switched from T5s back when I had my stock port. Not that big of a diff. Now i have a pretty aggressive port job, and the FMFs still RIP!! But, I think im guna try out some T5s here soon, try and get a little more top end. But like others have been saying, I believe FMF is the best bang for your buck. You can get a set usualy around 250 shipped that are nice. Good luck! :beer:

I usd to run rearsaver 80w, and ran some 7th gear 40w four stroke oil. Was kinda wrried about the 40w, but it seems to work great. What do you all recommend for winter temperatures???

Well a couple weeks ago I beat an HRC kitted honda 450 (pipe, cam, head i think). I took him pretty damn good, id say 4 or 5 lengths by the end. Id say you have a good chance, but i hear those lt450s are faster than the hondas stock. Good luck!!

For sure, I got the agressive dune/tail port and I love it. Its no joke, This guy (rob) RB racing knows his shit, fast turnaround and Guarantees his work. You cannot beat the price either. I had no probs with tuning, and runs very strong, huge diff. over what it was.

Thats funny, my dumb ass did the same thing this summer. Ashphalt def. not a good practice surface. The road hooked on my grab bar on one side, flipping me instantly. Got some major elbow road rash, and of course having j-arms bent the upper right. But i bent it back with a street sign post and rode the rest of the weekend! :beer:
