Well, we are making this from foam for now to save time. I just want the program. Milltronics is the machine we will be using. This machine accepts a text file with the program containing all of your G codes, M codes, etc.... Dude if you could hook me up with some sort of dimentions or program that would be huge. I have a 3D scanner I can use, and all sorts of programs to simulate and make a program. We use surfcam mostly. Let me know what u think would be the best route for me, thanks for the input.

Well red, im going to get my cover this weekend, but I am designing right now. I Need measurements Like Flywheel diameter, radiuses, overall length, width, height, fastener hole locations and diameters, etc.... I might make it a three piece design but im not sure yet. Im going to make a rough design that I can modify w/ the right dimentions. Prety much any measurements are helpful cuz right now im working with a blindfold! Thanks for the responses!

Hello, I am designing a stator cover for my CNC programming class. I have one problem, My stator cover is on he other side of the state so i have no dimentions to work from. If any one could hook me up with some dimentions, detailed pics, or some other ideas it would be a great help. Or if someone out there has a program for one, that would really put a spark under my ass!! Thanks for any input guys!!

true true, great suggestions. I guess ill try a 38 in the rear, since my front is fine and in good shape. I need a rear before I ride again, so ill get a 38 and seee what happens. Keep the suggestions rollin!

OK, im running a stock, 14/41 gear ratio right now. I feel like im running out of gear too fast. I trail ride, dune ride, and drag race so i want it to be rideable, but also be able to cruise at high speeds on wide open roads. Heres my Mods' K&N 29mm PWK's Aggressive Dune port Stage IV cool head w/20cc domes FMF gold series Let me know what you think, right now i need to change my rear sprocket, and would like to get away with keeping my front 14T, let me know what ya think! :beer:

I rolled the shee, and bent my right side j-arm and tie rod. I need only the right side, but will take both if the price is right, letg me know!! Thanks :thumb:

Heres what I did with mine that is in the same situation. I drilled a hole in each of those little tabs, and a corresponding hole in the middle flanges. One on each side. Then used a zip tie on each side to pull in the plastic with no bolt. It works great as a temp fix. Hope this helps.

My buddy bought some T5 head pipes, and needs silencers. If there is a silencer that will work, im interested. Let me know what ya got!!!

sweet. Yea i just had to bring my silverado to Kzoo. The 350 gets about 20 miles a gallon, but still the fucker is like 80 bucks to fill.
