  3. Troy, long time no talk....If you get in a bind with thte tear down, call Kevin @ (909) 388-2887, tell him Blaine sent you, and he'll get you squared away.
  4. Can you send me some pictures / drawings on what you want made? I have a full machine shop at work and should be able to fit some stuff in. [email protected]
  5. I don't do exhaust parts, the powderchrome will start to yellow at 700 deg F.
  6. #00 steel wool and glass cleaner.
  7. Still like the classic rock stuff (grew up listening to it) Steve Miller Band, Floyd, old Sabbath, etc.. But I do dig newer stuff too Snot, Velvet Revolver, Queens of the stone age, Jesus chrylser supercar (ever heard of them?),Sweaty nipples (how about them?) pretty much anything except top 40, easy listening, and country.
  8. That sucks Now that is funny!
  9. I believe the carrier is the same, therefore it should fit, being that the axle fits inside the carrier you should be good to go.
  10. No problem, hope it all works out for you. Sometimes Todd comes off a bit rude over the phone, it's nothing personal he's just SUPER busy, so just bear with him.
  11. The best part of you ran down your mum's leg.
  12. Sounds good. let me know, as it gets closer we'll firm up plans.
  13. Pass on the deal, and buy a 12 tooth sprocket for yours.
  14. Good luck with the re-assembly, hope you can make it.
  15. Sounds like you have the same intake manifold I have (graydon-proline) anyhow, pilot sounds big (I'd try a 48) main sounds small (I'd jump to a 170 to start) check the needle and check the clip position, check to see if the slide has been cut away, air screw sounds like it's adjusted out too far. Please take my advise with a grain of salt, as I am by no means a jetting guru, I just have the same intake / carb set up with somewhat similar engine mods, my advise above reflects my set up. Good luck.
  16. Like I said, I was lazy, it was cheap and easy. For some people time is worth money. For me to "build" my own I would have to go chase parts, assemble everything, determine a location suitable for installation and so on. The heatseeker was an easy install, you cut about 2" out of the upper rad hose, install this in-line with 2 new hose clamps, install the front plastic and you're done, plus there is less chance of leaks with the heatseeker IMO, for me it was an easy choice. Plus we are only talking about $30 NOT $300.
  17. Todd (the owner at TCS) is a great guy, and a pretty good friend of mine. I have his shocks all the way around on my Banshee and the work great. You can deal direct with him and eliminate the middle-man (the # listed above is correct, he is a smaller shop - no e-mail or web site). Give him a call and explain what you are looking for, you won't be dissapointed. Tell him Blaine @ Eibach sent you.
  18. Good luck Led, hope you get it resolved and make it to the dunes!! The Hinson is well worth the $$ IMO, wont let you down....
  19. I can't take it any more, I need a sand fix. So Saturday Aug. 27th we are doing a night ride. Any one interested? I'll get there about 7:00PM sat evening and ride until early sunday morning, that weekend is a full moon so that will help, plus it cools off to the upper 70's. Meeting at pad 3 on gecko. Glamisdunes.com has a group going too, it will be a good time, let me know.
  20. I think they're $25 or $30, quick install, works well. I'm happy with it.
  21. He's an animal if so, it was 109 there yesterday... Join the club brother!
  22. I was too laze to make one so I just bought and installed a "heatseeker"
  23. Good choice Loco, "Kara" the owner of Razorback can make you a matching seat cover too, she made mine. Silver sides to match the plastic, black gripper top.
  24. Not looking to get into a pissing match, but this statement is simply not true....No disrespect to Dan - A/S Racing, I'm sure they build a fine engine.
  25. Ha Ha, I don't even know how to respond to that. You cock mason
