    it could be as simple as a bad connection at the plug cap.unscew the cap,cut a 1/4 back and screw back on.they get a bit crusty in there sometimes

    looking at your mods,you already have an ajustable stator plate.a degree key is a fixed amount of timing advance,a stator plate is infinately adjustable.

    use the new cusions and nix the paper gasket.make sure the new hex bolts have locktight on them before you install them

    i do believe hinsons have stainless steal inserts along the fingers to reduce wear.i opted for a wiseco,personal pereference to me

    i do beleive the more expensive is the origina,and the cheeper is a knock-off.hence the price difference.neither 1 probably comes with an extention,so you'll have to undo the harness

    if the gear rotates a bit on the clutch basket,the rubber cushions are worn out.a billet clutch basket has new ones,and replacement bolts for the rivets

    i whent from fattys to rockets.i run 17-41 gearing and love them

    try this.take out the spark plugs.kick it over about 10-15 times with the gas off and the choke off.put lugs back in,turn gas on and choke and give it a few slow kicks then a couple quick ones.kicking it over with the plugs out will clear any gas in the cases

    is there a small tube leading from one carb to the other? thats the choke tube it must be in place

    its kinda funny,with the stock cdi it would run but when i got a dynfs it wouldnt.i returned it and all kinds of b/s,and finally ended up being the coil.go figure

    moonshines a tough one.simular to the hill that was one atv magazine tv show a little wile back.never whent up it,but this year i am.i know i have more than enough motor for it now.that china wall looks sick,i'd love to ride the sand dunes.
