  1. Thanks brad, I can only think of how much better this site could be if there was as much positive as there is negative on here.
  2. That should have you covered, and what ever mods you do in the near future.
  3. It depends on your elevation. If your at sea level try 300 mains with 27.5 pilot and idle screws 1.5 turns out with the needle clip 4th from the top. That should be close.
  4. I used to run 50:1 and now I run 40:1 cause I run it a little harder and want a little more oil just to be safe. Some run more and some run less but I think 40:1 is plenty.
  5. You open up the holes in the cages on the reed side, someone made a post on it about 3 years ago and posted pictures. Maybe someone can post a picture of stock and ported and it is just grinding from there.
  6. As far as mains I would buy 300, 310, and 320's. Go ahead and buy some 27.5 pilots and that should have you covered.
  7. Stay in school.
  8. Look on vito's site, they have every size up to a 400 main and every pilot you will need plus a lot of other banshee parts.
  9. Vitosperformance.com is the site, do a search for it if that does not get you there. You have to select which jets you want and order them. I think they are 2.50 a peice. The holes in the airbox give you more flow, if you still have the stock filter I would highly suggest upgrading to save your engine.
  10. What is the price range of rebuilding the stock rear shock? Is it worth it to rebuild or just replace?
  11. Don't spend the money unless you need clearance for bigger carbs.
  12. Vforce does flow more than stock, but not as much as you did on your ported cylinders. The trick you speek of is it ported cages? Do you allready have jets? If you don't vito's has about every size and I would order several to get it just right.
  13. That is what everyone says happened at radio island, some kid got hurt and they shut it down. Anyone in eastern NC wants to ride this weekend I will be at Busco.
  14. Busco beach in Goldsboro is the best place to ride in the eastern part of the state, it is on the Neuse river and has sand pits, hill climbs, trails, and a few people line up and drag race. It is about 1200 acres total and they are improving it every time I go. Bucklesberry and Big dawgs closed down and unless you have a dirt bike I would not waste my time at any of the mx parks.
  15. I know you swapped plug wires but how about plugs. Check the reeds and float bowl height.
  16. I tried my stock shock but it woulod not support the weight of the bike, with a stronger spring it can probably be done.
  17. Apperance and being able to see your front tires, after I cut em I wondered how I drove with them all that time. If your unsure take off the hole front plastics and drive around to see if you like it before you cut. The only reason to keep them is if you ride in mud a lot.
  18. Well I have no need for it but if someone else does that is fine. I did not say it creates horsepower but some people like them.
  19. Swap the left and right side reed cages.
  20. I have a used boost bottle I will let go for 15 dollars shipped to lower 48.
  21. I have a set of factory rear hubs I will take 30 dollars shipped to lower 48 states.
  22. Stock is very restricted, I thought mine was fast when I bought it new, but when I added the Toomeys it really woke it up. It adds a lot and claims 18 hp gain but probably more like 10. You will be able to rev higher.
  23. The place at Topsail beach is closed now and they won't let you ride on the beach any more. Where are you located in eastern NC.
  24. The 450 will take the banshee stock, the stock banshees are not very fast.
