  1. You've got the basics covered, now practice shooting for when the thieves come.
  2. CPI will outperform Toomey's in this scenerio.
  3. It is worth it but the toomey unit is overpriced and overrated. Pro Design makes a very nice radiator.
  4. It is worth having, your cltch will thank you.
  5. The TDR clutch is pretty good along with Barnett.
  6. It is always worth the money. Spend the money with someone who knows what they are doing. Tony Doukas Racing or Grand River Racing is a good start.
  7. The only way you've got this one down is if you had the shee on ebay that had a Mr.Turbo powered 500 HP kawa motor.
  8. Tony Doukas Racing 8003216354
  9. A Battery = long discharge time, relatively constant current, needed to power fuel pump . All you need is a voltage rectifer (4 diodes, bridge) and about 30 minutes hook up a battery, no capacitor required. I just did this hooking up a battery for my nitrous kit.
  10. food is always good, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and damn you lucky sons a bitches that get to go duning this weekend.
  11. hinson basket w/straigh cut gears extended hub to hold 8 plates better pressure plate some nice stiff springs and if you are really concerned use a lockup.
  12. Not worth it anyway.
  13. I'd look to spend 2400 at the baseline for the parts and labor that you listed.
  14. Try greyhound. I shipped a frame from the east coast to the west coast for 30 some odd bucks.
  15. Power is never useless, just misused.
  16. I seen several things stuck in shees but never a rotary. It seems for 500 you could almost buy a Hayabusa motor to have a good project that will really kick up stuff when it is done.
  17. As far as winterizing the raptor, the easiest way would be to sell it and invest the money into the shee.
  18. Remove amp link.
  19. There is little gain to be had upgrading, stick with what you have. It is a very stable setup.
  20. I'd possibly buy that motor and ignition off you if you would part it out.
  21. If you race the 250 or 500, you will get stomped down. Those bikes really lock down in the dirt but you still have a little chance with the 250 in sand since they don't hook up worth shit. The CR500 will stomp you anyway you look at it.
  22. What did you gap the rings to when you rebuilt the top end and how did you break it in?
  23. None on ebay right now but Team Alba sells them, 12 to my door last time around.
  24. While your in there replacing springs pull the basket off and check the play between it and the gearing to see if it is in clearance.
