What kinda crank are you running?

Anybody ever use one of these? Whatcha think? Been riding the CR alot lately in some really rocky terrain so I'm looking for something cool to wear over the summer.

Here's my own routine: Plugs: as needed or once/year filter: clean after every trip oil: change after every trip chassis lubrication: once every 4 trips check tire pressure: every trip lube cables: every 4 trips coolant change: once/year (never had to just change it, I've always ended up needing to drain it before that). Brake fluid: As needed or 1-2 times per year

So Lefty did you end up getting these? If you change ur mind then the wifey is being a little more receptive.

Get a motorcycle for commuting. In a perfect world if everybody started riding motorcycles and getting 50+mpg that would lower demand, which in turn SHOULD lower prices. But then I don't see the oil companies lowering prices in an attempt to get people driving again. So really all you can hope for is to have a sweet ride that gets 50mpg. I'd do it cept for 2 reasons: 1. Riding a bike in California is suicide. 2. My carpool buddy (6'4", 210 lbs) and me (6', 210lbs) would look gay as hell.

Where are you located? Best way to learn about your shee is to ride with guys that know about them. Clymers would help you as well. Yes you should use the clutch.

Dents affect performance. So if they're prettty dented then its prolly worth getting a new set.

They're made of steel so if you sanded them and you don't put something on em for protection they'll rust. If they don't have any dents you might consider getting them re-chromed.

Smart Car (LINK). They were all over Rome. Fuckers over there don't parallel park em, they just pull in perpendicular to the curb. Bumper to bumper they're about as long as most cars are wide. I would sooooooo take that thing off some sweet jumps!
