  2. there's reverse and neutral selector plug thing on the side of the motor under neath the brake lever check and make sure there good. Use a voltmeter and make sure there is a ohm load on each one.
  3. i agree with nyuk duece's busa raptor has nothin but problems, but damn that thing spin the tires. draggin is about how fast you want to be and who you want to beat. All the fast guys down here are running low 6's in the 1/8. Duece's K&T built motor was down here two weeks ago and got smoked by steven on his freak of nature R. I've seen dueces bike run 5.30's with a guy that drags bike for a living.

  6. I've been threw 2 LSR pro peg frames. Just cause it cost $2200 doesn't mean it will last one season of nationals. My buddy has had the same roll design frame for 6 years not on single problem out of it. But I can't see spending $10,000 on a roller!
  7. There's a shop here in columbia called Taylor Performance. The guy is the vp of Newcomb. His personal R has some type of power valve rotax jet ski cylinder matted to the R bottom end. It's putting out around 130 hp on meth. I've seen the bike run and it's fast. I talked to the guy put he wouldn't give me any numbers. But from his employees who have seen it dyno say it's now scary the numbers it puts up. He smoked Duece Staleys bike that I know runs 5.30's in the 1/8. Steven's in the process now of building a chromoly rigid framed drag shee. From what I've heard it's some monster strocker.

  9. I'm the service manager for a Hasler Inc dealer. I work on the machines that fold your power bills and stick it in an envelope basically and then stamp it. And I work part time at my local dealership on the weekends since I quit racing.

  11. OUCH, that's the worst bent stem I've ever seen. If they break it and you buy another aftermarket stem, look at Roll Design, out of all my wrecks I've only bent the mounting clamps never the stem.
  12. from looking at the pics it looks like your clamp set is bent not your stem, it's hard to tell with everything stil on it.

  14. Sorry guys let me rephrase what I said, I don't go to the chiropractor to get adjusted I go to get physical therapy on my left shoulder. I'm trying to avoid the $75,000 surgery to replace my rotater cup. My health insurance will only cover 2/3's of it. My chiropractor's office is in the same office complex as my job is so he fix's the paperwork so my I don't have to pay out of pocket. Another problem for lower back pain is your arches are not properly supported.
  15. the way i have always bent them back is, to hoist the front end up by the head stay and gentle push down on the grap bar, your weight pushing on the grap bar will straighten the head stay. Just dont push down a lot because you can pull it to far forward
  16. sounds like your dealership is trying to screw you. go in and talk to the service manager and state your clam. if the guy is some what nice he'll listen. good luck, otherwise pick your bike up and do it yourself, all of us on here can help, we'll get ya running again.

  19. I'm only 24 and from racing the nats, there's mornings I can't even get out of bed. I've broke both my collar bones, knees are trashed pretty good from abuse, right wrists is always sore, lower back gets really stiff when it gets cold, have nerve damage in the left shoulder need to have my rotator cup replace. All in all i wouldn't change for the world just because of the exprencies I have had. I guess thats my hard head I get from my mom! I visit the chiropractor twice a week on tues, thurs. I don't ride mx since my best friend was buried on 12/7. My chiropractor thanks me for that. I plan on riding trails real damn hard and fast as soon as my new frame comes in. I also have a permant prescription for vicadin because of my left shoulder. Usually only have to take one or two a week if any at all. With my shoulders being so screwed up I can only bench 220 with a spotter.

  21. Got hp #'s darren's stock 450 pulled 46.3 on the dyno. After all the DR work, he said it pulled 66.4. That's what he said when I called him. I called the local dyno guy who did the testing, and he said those were the exact numbers. The were using a hoosier tires with 21.5 roll out. I haven't rode it since it was built, it pulls like hell outta the corners.
