  1. sent ya the im about new ball joints
  2. Damn that sounds familiar, he just did the same thing to me. The kids full of shit.........plain and simple, he'll sell his stuff and promise to buy your stuff and he never comes through.
  3. Wrong, my local stealership already has 2 one for his 16 yr old son (christmas present) and the other on the show room. Yes they are ugly as hell, and the feel weird as hell to sit on. He bought both of the quads from the dealer show in las vegas when timmy was there.
  4. Might be blown, if it turns and never stops.....cw or ccw.......its time for a rebuild. You can get your shock rebuilt at your stealership for around 300 including a race tech valve and eibach spring. Call your local stealership and see if any of there mechanics are race tech certified???? I got a rear shock off a 00 shee that was rebuilt by tcs set up for 160-180lb rider, I'll sell it for $100 shipped.
  5. Congrats, take your time don't push your limits, even thou your young. Your body will thank you later in life. And it will never be fast enough and bling bling enough.....HAVE TONS OF FUN
  6. killswitch engage, canteria
  7. I have always run a foam filter on a muddy track or track that holds water. I only run a k&n on a real hard dusty track and run "panties" as duece put it. But if the track is real muddy like buds creek was this year, I'll but a lid on it with a toomey vent kit in the lid.
  8. All my guys are or did get port work done from somebody. K&T does any awesome drag setup for ptrs. Danny and Scott got theres done by them and there run strong in the 1/8. Duece...My be its just were I'm at, they seem to run better with all the moisture in the air.
  9. From reading this post Deuce I would start with 16/38. That's what I have always run on my mx shee's. I was pushing 89hp with my last shee. I had tons of mid thou. I had to clutch some, you'll just have to hit the throttle.
  10. We tried dynoing like you did and lost power but we were using stock reed cages with carbon fiber reeds. Then we put on the pyramid reeds and that brought it back to life. Do you have a buddy that could loan you a different set of reeds, I've also seen guys running the delta 2's and they say the love. I always ran pyramid and I've never tried anything else. Meat....I might have a set of high rev's for sale,(thinkin about an out of frame pipe) but there powder coated black.
  11. Family, but bringing the toys along, got to give the little one's some rides.
  12. To clarify what I said. I said you don't get the full potential of the ptr pipes on unported cylinders. I have set up a bunch of my buddies with the duncan bolt on kits. They consist of 34pj's, pyramid reeds, ducnan intake, ptr mids or highs, duncans powerhead with 20cc domes. In my opinion the best mx pipe for a shee is ptr's. The best drag pipe....... I don't know because I just built my drag shee last winter and the only thing I've run on it is Pro Circuits and PTR High Revs. I run the pc's in dirt drag's and ptrs on asphault. My old mx shee was making right at 89hp. All my buddies with no port work but the bolt on kits are making 47 with mids and 52 with high rev's. But everybodys shee with a bolt on kit was dyno tuned. Duece there are a few guys that run toomey pipes (maybe 3) and pc's (about 7 or 8)but they didn't pay for them. I love ptr pipes but 730 for chrome is just damn high. I do plan on running them on my outlaw shee when its done. Loren has my cylinders right now. Didn't mean to make anybody mad or offened anyone with my comments, kid just took it the wrong way.
  13. Yeah, But Scott that looks like ass, r u ever gonna buy a one piece axle nut. LSR makes a really good one, tighten one and forget about it......You need to espically as much racing as you do. Spindles were perfect, my buddies got a front end know. LSR arms are a pain to adjust!!!!!
  14. I'm offened, a fellow skin fanatic how dare u keep my wheels!!! Besides the shipping would kill me. Thanks
  15. If you run hi rev's take a look at Paul Turner Racing hi-rev pipes in the factory finish not chrome. I'm sure alot of people on here don't like'em, I've never really rode them hard just drag racing only. Check out www.duncanracing.com.
  16. Glad I could help, drop me an im if you ever wanna bs it.
  17. The lsr dc-4's are new to me. I saw a guy running them on a 450f with elka's, called lsr told them what I wanted to do, and they said they would work on the outlaw because it uses 250R a arms. Never had a problem with the lobo kit, it was the best front end I have ever had. Doug Roll knows what the hell he is doing. When you run a long travel front end you have to run +4+1 mx offset wheels, not sure why still haven't figured that out. I have always run +2+4 rpm rear axle. I used standard offset rims. I ran a laeger -1 swingarm. What ever I add to the front in lenght I subtract from the swingarm. My front end was +1 so I ran a laeger -1 swingarm.
  18. Depends play riding or mx, if ya gonna run mx take alook at long travel kits.
  19. The lobo II kit is a +3+1 design. The shock is moved out on the arm and that's way you need the 19in. shock. If you run +2+2 or +2+1 arms you can only run 16in. shocks which is what standard travel are. I sold my whole quad to a guy in hilton head who's son just had to have it. He asked how much and when I told him he asked if I could deliver it! Right now I'm building an LSR framed outlaw mx shee. I will be using the new LSR DC-4 long travel arms. I will be running probably axis or quad rate elka's??? I've run custom axis for the past two years, without a single problem. You do gain travel, and lower or higher ride height it just depends upon where you set your sag at (how much your shocks droop) I'm not sure how elka's SSD works, never had a set. Go on duncans web site and look at the lobo II for the banshee. Take a look at Tavis Spaders blue mx shee and you'll see how the front end sits, Tavis runs alot of sag in his setups. I pretty much only ride mx and alittle pit of sand pit ridingm but last time we had to run from the cops.
  20. Thanks fella's I'm gonna pm him and see if I get a reply. How big of a front sprocket can you run ZEP?
  21. I got a revalved rear shock off of a 2001. Set up for 145-160 lb rider. $100 plus shipping
  22. Which roll arms, the standard +2+2, or the gull wing. Standard Travel or Long Travel. I have yet to see a set of janssen long travels on a banshee. I had the lobo II front end on my shee I just sold.

    Case Saver

Who makes the best case saver, i'm tired of screwing up cases?
  24. Change your gearing to a 15/40. That's what all my friends ride on with 18's gives you alittle more top end but plenty of bottom end, and you can ride 2,3,4 way out.
  25. I just sold my hipers to a buddy that woods rides. I do not recommond those wheels on a woods shee, he egg shelled the right rear pretty bad. I had the 8x8 dual rears and the 10x5 with 4+1 offset. I had to run that offset because of the roll front end. Hey evil i just got all my shamrock beadlock rims in for my outlaw, can i powder coat them??? Did you get my pic?
