  1. Hyper said it was a production flaw in the hub that i broke. It was on a 110ft down hill triple, over jumped by about 6 ft flat landed it, chest ate the clamps. that's the only time we could figure the hub broke, didn't see it till we loaded up the trailer, that nite. I recommend hypers to anyone that has the cash to buy them, DUNEDEMON rode'm in the big ol sandbox.

  3. Welcome Girly!! The 8x8 mx with the hubs r killer i broke one of the hubs at buds creek and i called hiper and the send me an new one with a ARS label for the broke and and said sorry for the inconvience!!! AWESOME PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I'm the service manager at my local dealership, who ever own's your local dealership is a damn crook!!!!! The smallest bottle of 927 is like 5.15 with tax. Half a gallon of 927 is $20. My dealership sells on an average of 5-7 shees a week and usually 3 or 4 yfz450's. I and the parts manager usually give a 10-20% discount to repeat customers. I just hate the assholes that think they know everything. And it always seems to be the guys that own busa's.
  9. Make sure they knock your ass out good, i came to will the man was pulling a tooth out, holy shit that hurt like hell, the drugs r good, just don't drink anything with it. Don't eat any chips for a couple of weeks after they heal!!!!
  10. I've been running that style lock nut for about 3 years (LSR). Just make sure you put some blue lock tight on the allen bolts. And when you get it tight wrap electrical tape around the nut and your sprocket hub and axle to get the nut from loosing up becasue it still will. I only go around about 7 or 8 times.

  18. fixed the problem, the grommets that hold on the boost bottle on pd intakes where shoved up inside instead around the mounting posts. all gravy know just have to fix the clutch. thanks for the insite into my delemma.
  19. have aftermarket intake, the boots between the carbs and air box r stretch but checked them. there is gas in the bowls i loosened the drain bolts still gas ran out. all the boots r good. the slides r in right they only go one way. the pilots and mains r brand new, and i check them out before i put them in. I'm just totally freakin confused!!!! I've never had a bike do this and not figure it out. my buddies had a torn boot.
  20. Alright fella's i need some help. First time dealing with 28's and pt mids. Motor has 155 psi cold kicking. Pilot is 50, main is 158 air screws 1 1/2 out from bottom, the needle is a N68A in middle clip (3rd). Stock port work, k&n no lid, ptr mids, pyramid reeds. I delima is i cranks revs wide open and dies. It's getting plenty of fuel, gonna leak down test it tomorrow at the shop but the motor was fine before i started screwing around with these pt mids. It ran with pro circuits with a jjh needle, 48 pilot and a 150 main, air screws were the same. Give me some insit before i sell the damn bike!!!!!!!!

  23. i raced the 4 years of nats, with a duncan national motor geared 16/40. I never seem to ever have a problem. I've never really race a tight track. The tightest track on the nats seems to be round 3 which is echoconee(macon), and that's the track i do the best on. My dr motor was set up more for mid-top than bottom-mid like loren normally does.
