TDR are the way to go, ive ran two different sets in there cages. they make a epoxy reed which is great, and a carbon fiber which is even better and at 35 bucks out of www.jlatvproducts.com its a steal

you can rebuild them yourself. i think holyman on here used to rebuild them, he did a good job with mine, hardley cost anything.
