  1. dang dude get some gloves. your hands gotta be hurtin! those look kinda neato. they would go great on a project old school bike i have ha ha
  2. hmm neato. my big bore 550sx standup has a coffman exhaust.
  3. i think the question is really how much do you want to spend on it? 500 1000 1500 2500 4000?? you can hit the 2500k mark pretty quick. if your cylinders are fine and your tight on funds get the crank rebuilt or replace with hot rods 350cc and get the cylinders re worked and rebuild the motor. even stock porting with a fresh top end and nice crank will run better. in the right hands a 150 buck "cheapo port" will do wonders also. if you do serval 4 mill you have a lot of other things you need to get besides carbs. billet basket, heavy clutch, transmission modifications, a head, porting in my opinion some case work and upgrades... let alone does it still have torrs? things like that add up.
  4. what chu sayin here then
  5. welp if the N is moved that part will have a welded stubby on it not welded to the drum... BUT thats on N down transmission. does your mystery motor have N all the way down?
  6. really because i asked who the hell welds shift stars to drums? that's an honest question. if someone thinks that overrides have welded on shift stars whoever did their override was a moron. Or they have been misslead as to what an override should look like. believe me i see arrogant assholes all damn day. i sell autoparts part time in a bad neighborhood. there are at least 5-10 morons a day that think they know exactilly what they are doing.. and watch way to many YOUtube videos and do to many Google searches.. if yo have to ask if you have an override.. just take the motor out and find out. if you were screwing around and it jammed in between 2 gears its most likey a std trans. if you had backed it off that much during riding it around you possibly would have noticed it poping out of gear or hopping in one gear from the damge done to it.. and really i dont know to many people on this site at least that have purchased bikes and NOT know anything about them..... if you take the bottom end apart and take pics of the gears i can tell you if its an override.. sorry bout your luck partner
  7. did they chrome or silver flake the base coat ? candy's are translucent and will show the base underneath if its a candy
  8. who the Hell welds shift stars to the drums?
  9. id say thats a correct assumption. the banshee cyl.
  10. hell for 4500 i'll sell you an entire chromed out, billet'd, axis equiped banshee with a 4 mill in it.
  11. LOL. how in the hell is he buying all the parts if they are infact "wang" webbings and assembling them but still pocket more than if it was a hot rods?? no way. hot rods cranks welded and good bearings are in the 400 buck range..
  12. that works at the casino too.
  13. yep lots of drag bikes.
  14. i had eggs for breakfast
  15. need to make bushings but they work just fine.
  16. anything that give you about a 3 ratio.
  17. 350x is the best wheelie bike. those 2 stroke 3 wheelers suck . yo homie if ya kant ride on the back tires fo mo dan a mile'z yo juss suck dem dang lil noobs ya heard!
  18. ran alky on all my bikes. hell at one time even my "trail bike" was on alky. 30mm lectrons.. i switched back to stock carbs due to mileage. and pumpgas. 535 is pushing 6 years on alky. in my opinion you need to set the carbs up right AND have a decent set of carbs to start with i know this will be a piss match also but in my opinion lectrons are the best carbs for alky. had a 421 that would fuel starve and after adding a pj and changing the setup a lil bit it will run a very long ways before it even starts to fuel starve. i have personally seen more issues with fuel pumps than what they solve.. recently did my first OEM stock carb bike on an alky conversion. didnt even need a powerjet in the end. it was a fun motor. i have seen more morons try to use alky and blow stuff up. just like any drag engine they take respect and a proper tune to work. on to the question at hand. lockup ( for tunning) override and shave as much weight as possible and run it. if you split the motor for the trans check the true on the crank and have the cyls inspected. also custom domes help out some as well as adjustable ignition with custom map.
  19. funky front end.. heck i'd like to see pics of that. i mean really did you think the raptor was going to win??
  20. if you did that with the dyno they would shit because of a lean out probably not from an oil issue. i just run walmart brand tcw-3 CERTIFIED 2 stroke outboard oil. alky i run klotz supertech
  21. whoa! just buy my outlaw. not just some kids atv
  22. if you want t-5 sounds buy t-5's if you want 916 sounds get 916's/.. they both sound differnt. ( if the 916 is the 2-1 muffler) i mean really if yo have to ask if they fit then its obvious your fabbin skills are not good enough to do it yourself...
  23. might be ok if the cyls are totally stock. but in my opinion a decently built 350 can smoke a 4 mill if its screwed up in the build.. the transfer port numbers get all nutty and just dont work at all.
  24. you have a bike that you dont know if it has an override?? what did you do steal it?? i mean really surely the prev owner would have told you.
