  1. get the phone book out and look for hydralic repair shop there is probably one close to where you live. take one of those o-rings in and have them match it up then tell them you want viton o-rings. they should be able to get you going for about 4 bucks.
  2. This post is like lusting at a picture of a smoking hot super model......ALRIGHT, we know they look hot......... ......But are they any good in bed? thats a good one i'd think more of yea they are hot but do they smell funny in that one lil spot over there? chrome sure looks KILLER i just dont like raw unless they are hand coned.. handconed and brass welded works style is killer! strangly to me they seem to flow really well with the fullbore's!? not sure if anyone else sees that..

    Boot ?'s

i like a cheapo pair of hiking boots. been thinking about the thor's i have a set of the other brand and they were just so weird fitting. like those guys have feet teh size of the side of my hand just too damn skinny. my mx boots were the alpinestar "moon boots" the weird looking ones with big fat ass insoles i LOVED them. nice and wide...
  4. cpi silencers are pretty basic built. its just some american threaded bolt i have welded them all up and just put in what i want. i ahve actually used rivets before to replace bad bolts they hold up very well. and its not like its hard to dripp out rivets.. plus rivets dont strip out!>
  5. your shits blowd up!!!
  6. ask the guy who sold you the a-arms.. OR if possible buy the right ball joints that fit stock spindles
  7. whatever trinity's porting is not that bad.. you need to measure the cylinder and then you can find out if a 115 rod +4 mill stroker will fit. most times buy bumping them up into the domes you can use the cylinders it just matters how much the trans ports were raised. if you can measure from the top down i cna run those numbers and let you know your options. pictures of the cylinders themselves would be good also. using a spacer plate WILL not work on ported cylinders most of the time BUT creating+ deck height with the pistons will usually save them. at least thats my experience with them and not just second hand or backyard knowledge.. the long rod crak you probably wont see any real performance increase just mostly from it being a fresh motor i would say with high RPM racing the stock length rod crank nicely built and true'd/ welded with good bearings would be my second choice.
  8. stock air box set up right wont hurt your air flow much at all. recently i have been switching back to airbox parts due to pod filters rubbing on the frame and pissing me off with the sand they let in and shit. i mod the stocker a LOT it is easy to remove and can be set up in ways to work fully open and closed up mostly for wet area's i have a 421 cub with a stock box on it it runs well.
  9. like this. your local auto parts store should be able to order it for you also.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Yamaha-Warrior-Banshee-1987-2003-Service-Manual-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem5887a40a6fQQitemZ380232796783QQptZMotorsQ5fManualsQ5fLiterature
  10. oh and save yourself a lot of headache and just buy a HAYNES manual for the bike. the factory yamaha manuals are a lil hard to understand if your not used to them. the clymer manual i dont feel really does a good job and the haynes is a very well made book. check ebay or even your library
  11. 32-1 or 36-1 tcw3 certtified oils, 1.5qt in trans. drain it and fill it i wouldnt worry to much about the dip stick 2 qts if you have a lockup cover..
  12. call HJR and see if he will walk you through it for free?>
  13. wossner makes pistons for the kawai, cheeta, big bore bla blab now too. h-2
  14. i have a set in the garage 70.1ish somethign or other theya re reallly thin at that point. h-2 or kawasaki 550 jetski pistons. not hard to find at all
  15. whoops like i said those chinese athena, vito,s painted black, athenaito'simported cylinders should run pretty respectable IF they have the right porting. being that they have very similar issu'e with port's as stock a "real" porter is going to have to get in there and do some real work they arent a bolt on and make 100hp cheeta motor seeing that RDZ is known for thier experience with stock cylinders i'm not suprised at all that they can make decent power out of that type of cylinder. now i'd like to see that motor make the same numbers after its in your frame on on a seperate dyno. should run pretty good
  16. if you throw a few one dolla bills at them they keep on strippin!!
  17. let me know know what i mean
  18. guess i missed that whole post... i wonder how the "extreme" was sapposed to work i understand the std override, the N down, and the so called duneable. but i whole heartedly believe that with either the std or the duneable you should still not backload the trans..
  19. id but it tooo dang furr shuurrr
  20. i know a guy who bolted a yfz 450 moton in one!!
  21. bullshit noss head and pd heads wont leak if they are put on right..
  22. if they are so cheap make them.. you could also take a beer box and cut the logo off and ductape it on the side of the bike?>?
  23. \trinity's will have a small chamber PP's will have a large chamber.. i can meauser around the chamber on some cpi's i have and you can compare them trinity's use that same silencer style.. looking at the pics from the silencer down they look kinda small..
  24. can you post pics of the pipes..
  25. i'm not EVER talking about %%%%'s again.. i'd say NOSS here's why the noss head is a really good design its thick where it needs to be it can handle some good high power AND you can call ole dave up and he will talk with you if you need custom stuff. the customer support is whats seals the deal for me everytime.. PD will tell you ( if you can talk to them) that the "shelf domes" are all you need. the PD head IS a good head if youhave one and its working not really a reason to remove it just cause..
