OHH the tank wont take graphics. the tank is seaping fuel and it will get under the graphics and peel them off. your better off taking the graphics off the tank. or swith to alky.. gas will eat the graphics on them every time the dirt bike graphics have holes in them for the tank parts but after a while they peel off also.
  4. original banshee had red frame. 87! my 87 is red with a hint of flake... wont ever sell that one.

  6. i have a big bore de stroked 350cc and it has a CVT trans out of a NISSAN fit right in and i bolted it right in. hooked up 2 wires and it even rode itself. WOW huh!

  9. hmm well here's a start its got the wrong o-rings in it it was lifting the head enough to blow the o-rings out. causing them to look like that, was also mostlikely eating coolant also. the heads i have found need to just about fall on the cylinder if you have to beat them on or push REALLY hard they wont tq right and are prone to blowing o-rings. also they seem to like a very flat profile and a very small squish band like around 9mm!! or even less. get VITON o-rings. get lesser squish domes ( like .49-55) and you may want to just drill out the head just a smidgin i mean just enough on the stud holes that the head goes right on and right off. the higher sqush band will make the motor rev MUCH easier and actually make more tq. and be even more potnet overall. and also make sure the squish angle is correct for the domes.. they are getting a LIL better i rember when there was almost NO dome in there adn it was ALL squish band like 15-20mm!!!! those were some detoin, o-ring eating fools if you want check out RKtech heads they have a SWEET head/dome set up for these motors.. and witha lil bit of measuerment can make a sweet custom domes set for your motor its well worth the $$$$
  10. i have an old snap on gague my grandpappy used was my inheritance.. i just drop it in and kick till it stops most 2 strokes with stock head wont start with the kicker below 110ish PSI cold. if its got a cool head it can vary a lot i ususally just compare the 2 cylinders to eachother.
  11. i think the bike that shear made his pipes off had a majorly bent frame or something the big bores fit like total shit. i never had a set of vito's but they seem that they would clear the lower frame wells good.. from all the reading i have done the snipers were initially developed for the 421cub and released as the pipe for that cylinder. as the small bores from others were made for smaller motors and the big bores were made for over 500cc engines the cub just didnt have a pipe that really "fit " it.. anyone that makes pipes can design a pipe for your particular motor cpi, shear, hell probably FMF can also. there are lots of "pipe" manufaturere's that can do that i would say with what sniper adn the crew uses what at least i have seen is a LOT more variables and therory's to produce a pipe that works well..

  14. have you ever rode a dirt bike? some people ( including me) just cannot ride a dirt bike they take a special set of skill to ride one and to be really well at it i mean yea anybody can jump on one and ride a wheelie but how many times have you seen people dump them in corners and fly off shit and break their necks.. its up to you ( id keep the banshee)

  17. all the heads are fine... if you install them right and take your time none of them will leak or pinch an o-ring.. if you need to talk to chariot direct he can get you a number they are nice people. ebay ( to me) is a decent place to find neat new stuff. have you ever tried to call MOOSE direct or get any MOOSE parts from anyone besides parts unlimited?? wholesaler/dealer is how most all anything is sold to consumers...
  18. sound like big bore domes. big bore PD style domes use the actual head as the outside support of the dome.. need to be carefull with that style on the one piece chariot. you'll probably be fine greaser up really well
  19. i just fill it till it comes out the top!!!! also there is a number CC on the side cover if your changing the oil you have looked right at it a few times. thats 1500cc of oil in the transmission.. if your bike is all stock then you dont have a lockup cover. what kind of oil did you put in it?
