  1. I am in the middle on doing a rebuild right now and thinking about going with a 4 mill setup, I ride mostly trails and coal hillclimbs so im looking to have good low/mid power. On the shee right now is a 2 into 1 carb setup and ive heard that 1 carb doesnt work good with a 4mill, is this true? im wondering if it will work better if i get one bigger carb or if i should go back to the dual carbs. If i do go back to the dual carbs will stock be good enough to get the job done. Ive never rode a shee with dual carbs so i dont have much to compare the current setup to and i like the 2 into 1 just for the simple fact that it seem to be easier to tune. let me know what you guys think thanks

  5. ok so i have been trying to split the case on my motor and cant get them apart i know i have all the nuts and bolts out ive checked a thousand times. i rebuilt the top end rode it for about 5 hour next thing i know some locked up in the bottom end, it will run in neutral also in gear with the clutch pulled in as soon as i let it out it stalls right away. but anyway i drained the bottom end and not that much gear oil came out and when i rebuilt it i didnt put that much in, i checked it right after i put it in and read fine on the dipstick (i think i should have ran it for a sec then checked it but got excited and didnt think about it ). so anyway my question is do you guys think there is any chance that something could be welded down there stopping me from spilting them?

  9. ive been looking at 4 mill cranks the only thing i dont understand is what is the difference between the short and long rod i figured they would all be the same size rod if they all have the same stroke any help u guys could give me would be great thanks
  10. this might sound dumb but i have looked and have seen anything on it if i bored my cylinders do i have to get them nikasealed or just hone the cylinders, my friend says after a certain year all bikes are nikasealed thanks for any help u can give me
  11. how u guys doing i have used this forum for awhile now but just never really had any questions to ask but i just took off my nerfbars a couple days ago because a bolt had seemed to have snapped when i took it off i noticed that the threads to the one bolt were cracked and were not holding the bolt i was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if anyone knows a way to fix the threads
