  2. whats up with the teeth thinggy?? that motor in that bike is probably trashed already
  3. i bet you MIGHt get a sponsor to match it but i doubt it thats nearly cost.
  4. ok all aside yea we all know trinity STINKS all i can say is on my stocker 421 they make excellent power and on a pump gas 421 cub that i built and ported they were a nice match not as high strung as cpi or shear adn fit nicely and they look really good also. to me if you are not liking shear/ or cpi those are the "other choice" but its just from my personal experience.. they are an all around pipe IF you have the CC to back up the bottom end. they rev well and pull very strong throughout. agaon just my personal exp. i cannot say wht other people have had experience with them as i cannot tune their bikes..
  5. yea except that the spindles the hymes all PIVIOT the tie rod moves up and down and turns not sure how they did the spindle but it has no change in the movement.
  6. bump for springer.
  7. i'll give you 20 bucks for the carbs AHHAAHA
  8. where in kansas do you live? i might need a complete motor pretty soon
  9. make offer's?
  10. oh oops sorry guess i should have been more clear i kinda say intake ( air) and engine side ( reeds) my engine wording may be a lil differnt. if you have to use the cable to get idle the screws are not in far enough. if you can bottom out the screws and it dosnet idle they are not filed enough.. in my opinion they should be longer anyways. i dont like how short they really are. almost always have to file the carbs way down and then almost bottom out the screw to ge them idle'd/ if the angle area onteh side of the carb is still there your not in far enough. if the idle air screw wont affect the motor after it is running and idleing the pilot is WRONG basic jet knowledge ( alltho its almost always ignored) is that when the pilot jet is correct the idle air screw will make changes to the engine idle speed if it is rich it wont make much of a change going full lean and if its lean the bike wont idle down with it full rich. easy way to know whats being added is where the screw is if its on the air filter side its adding AIR SO out is leaner ( more air) and in is richer. if its on the side of the carb AFTER the fuel bowl its adding FUEL so out is richer ( more FUEL) and in is leaner ( less fuel) just a lil tid bit. and nearly ALL atv's i have had come through here were too rich on the pilot before you can even really jet the bike corestelly you need to get the pilot the right size, get it to idle ok, and make absolutely positive the synch is correct. after that AND AFTER the throttle response is good THEN you can move onto the needle and main jet..
  11. there is not to many people i would really like to find just to race against but i'm thinking i;d really like to line up next to you for a few runs.. 75%increase over stock wow you have a flow bench also? again you have to start somewhere. but wow

great seller worked a deal with me then held the parts while i got my paypal inline. thanks again!
  21. bought a set of carbs and a throttle off of him was shipped parcel post so took about 10 days or so but i dont care i wasnt in any rush and as far as i'm concern'd if they guy offers to cover shipping its up to the seller to delegate what they use.. i'm happy!! i'd buy from him again no problem
  22. i would absolutely trash those cages. if i could post pics i can show whats safe and what i believe actually does something.. the chances of them breaking i would say is pretty high rember you have 2 still ass petals flopping around on them vibrating the hell out of the cage. any weak area's or leaks int he reed sealing is going to either break the cage and send all those neato pices flying through your motor OR break a petal OR leak fuel in and out and affect the jetting tremedously... BUT you got to start somewhere. i would suggest that you ACTUALLY do some research before you go ripping up your own stuff. those are rad valves the 36B series for banshee i have ported a set of those also and in all reality as cast the boyesen has all kinds of problems. they DO after porting make a very nice liner power delivery. the old 36a's did not have the huge stuffer in them i alos have a set of those.. i'd like to get another set of the rad valves and weld some spots up and re work a set.. herp derp derp herp
  23. i would like to see the trinity exhaust as well. after running all those diff pipes so far the trinity seems to REALLY respond excellent to this type of set up larger CC larger exhaust flow with lower timings and more comp. i have an extra set of trinitys if andy ever wants to try a set. i think that would be a fun road trip down i could also bring my lil 32mm lectrons i also have some gas 36mm lec's// i am in the middle of a 421 and a 350 drag set up or i would have gotten a serval. i personally woudl LOVE to actually port one and then set it up after that i'm not sure what the urge to get power out of an as cast cylinder is all about. . i know trinity sucks but SOMETHING is absolutely right in these pipes.. i was also told the reason they are on this particular set up is after many test's and dyno runs they made the best overall power on the motor. 421cc stock cylinder. in the trails 55tq and 85ish hp is almost perfect. much more and its gets tricky unless you have a longer arm.. there was a motor that made killer HP and TQ it IS the cheeta PV engine. altho cost wise i'd at this time just do a serv.. in no way would i set on e of those up on a stock basket!!! limits i have seen in the past for stockers is in the 55-60hp range. you jerk them a few times with the worn out stock cusions and they are going to snap fingers. as cheap as they are why split your motor more than you need to if a finger blows your going back in there ( at least i do cause the trans almost always has crap in it)
  24. whoever you use ASK who is cutting the trans a LOT of builders are just farming them out to wcr. K+T A+S DMR HJR tyson etc etc etc have overrides available. just ask..
